Runo Call Management CRM is one of the finest application that I've ever come across particularly for businesses like SMEs like ours. We were able to streamline our banking and field operations during COVID situation with Runo call Management application Very user friendly app which can be used by people with very minimal technical experience

What do you dislike about Runo Call Management CRM?

They don't provide IVR based inbound call management within their app. We need to integrate the cloud telephony separately with Runo.

Some older handsets doesn't support Runo. Need Android minimum Android 7 with 2 GB of RAM
