They don't provide IVR based inbound call management within their app. We need to integrate the cloud telephony separately with Runo.
It allows me to get rid of the burden of tracking sales team...specially tacking of those who are working from home or remote location.. I am using their Mobile CRM. They Delivers as advertised. Strong technical support team. Highly recommended Worth paying for. Keeps it up..
