Userlike is a software product based on very sound concepts. Onboarding is fairly easy both for chat agents and website users. It does exactly what it says, and we have gained value from it immediately. The chat panel is well-structured. Notifications work just fine on Chrome.
The fact that full customization is not granted in the lower paid plans. I believe that color customization should be granted to paying customers. The same can be said about basic analytics.
