SalesIQ is a great tool. By integrating with Zoho CRM, we can quickly track our clients' actions and answer questions. We can see how much time the client needs to go through the order process and, when necessary, we can customize the site. Monitoring the number of visitors and the results of your visit is easy to follow. In short, a great tool for our sales department.
Sales IQ allows you to chat with website visitors. But it also allows you to see the names of the people who are on your website. It does it b/c it works in zoho crm and mailchimp to add cookies on peoples computers and when they visit your site you can see their zoho CRM profile (so you can see if they are a customer or a prospect etc.).
That's been good for me b/c I'm able to see who's interested and then give them a cold call at the right time. Also, if someone starts a chat with you and they are not in your crm already, you can push them to your crm via the chat. So that's cool.
I think it's kinda expensive. It's about $60/mo. While it does more than chat its still pretty high. also, it seems that the identity of users is best tracked via zoho crm forms but we don't like the forms that much b/c they are not as dynamic as something like jotforms or gravity forms etc. for example, zoho forms don't allow you do if/then logic. But if I use another form tool then the cookies are not tracked. So it's a trade off

Sales IQ is pretty rad. here's what I like about it:
1. It's a chat program. you can transfer the chat to another team member or even another dept.
2. If it's support, you can send the chat transcript as a ticket to zoho desk
3. If it's sales, you can covert the person chatting to a lead/contact/opportunity in zoho crm.
4. if the person is already in your CRM, you'll know b/c their info will appear next to their name as you chat with them
5. if you've sent them marketing emails via zoho campaigns, you'll see that info as you chat with them
You have to pay for it and it's kinda expensive. Also, the settings are difficult to navigate.
Being able to convert chats to crm entries is a big one. Also, being able to tie back people I'm chatting with to contacts already in my crm saves me loads of time.
