What do you like about Userlike?

It allows me to install a chat on our website so that users can communicate in a much more direct and personalized way with us, and that we can also respond to them immediately and not have to wait so long to receive a response in their mail, the chat as such in terms of use is quite good, and personally it has helped us to improve the way we serve the user and we clarify all the services offered, their customer service team is quite fast when it comes to solving Any problem that arises while using the application, another thing that I think is a great plus is the fact that Userlike allows us to migrate from the website chat to popular messaging applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram to continue communicating with the client in a much more personalized and comfortable way for them. It has helped me to improve the attention of my clients when they enter my website, for example I previously had a contact form where they could leave me their doubts and concerns and when the notification came to my email I would respond to them In the same way, sending them the requested information, now thanks to the chat we can talk in a more direct way and especially in real time, which allows me to clarify everything that my professional services include and that the client can consult all their doubts and concerns. before hiring my services without having to arrange a meeting in person for it.

Everything about Userlike seems practical, efficient, professional and above all very useful. I am quite pleased with the performance of this website

We like the easy customization and integration. It´s easy to use and gives great opportunities to get in contact with potential clients.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I think the pricing model is not so perfect for small companies, that have only a few contacts per month but want to use the light crm features.

What do you like about Userlike?

its surface is very intuitive, easy to understand and to use. It is a good tool to get first experience with livechat and scale later on. As they have full integration of all messengers it will be even more powerful.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

it is a cool chat-only tool; it lacks any community features such as guuru.com has to activate and enable a great community also for real 24/7 customer advise.

The program offers a lot of innovative features and is easy to use. Customer contact can be greatly simplified with Userlike. In today's world, you have to be able to respond quickly to inquiries, but Userlike is the ideal solution.

What do you like about Userlike?

Userlike is a software product based on very sound concepts. Onboarding is fairly easy both for chat agents and website users. It does exactly what it says, and we have gained value from it immediately. The chat panel is well-structured. Notifications work just fine on Chrome.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

The fact that full customization is not granted in the lower paid plans. I believe that color customization should be granted to paying customers. The same can be said about basic analytics.
