What do you like about HubSpot?

I like HubSpot because this platform has absolutely everything a company needs to have total control of what goes in and out of the sales area, in such a way it offers Sales, Marketing and CRM services, services that have a long term Strong influence on what you can do. In summary, I consider that HubSpot is positive because it completely helps the financial management of a company and helps control potential customers.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The negative point that I have noticed in HubSpot is that this application does not develop in a good way on mobile devices, it is somewhat tedious the fact of not being able to control the sales or manage the sales reports of a company through the application of HubSpot for phones mobile

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

I have been benefiting a lot from HubSpot in business areas, which is why this platform has been helping me with my financial management and has given me a secure platform to show my sales and control marketing to the maximum that can attract customers.

A good tool for managing your customers

What do you like about HubSpot?

This program is an excellent customer service manager who perfectly performs this role. The program helps us to effectively and manage our relationships with customers. From the customer, creation profile to contact them by phone and email.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

I do not like the fact that this is a system based on connecting to the Internet. We can not contact our customers if there is no internet, and most of the time conversations with customers are interrupted during a phone call due to the intermittent connection.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

The platform is good at drawing up reports since we can immediately see the status or status of our productivity in everyday life. We can quickly send embedded emails and project email without having to re-enter.

What do you like about HubSpot?

HubSpot finally has given marketers a way to show the value and ROI of their marketing efforts, from web traffic to social media. HubSpot has given us the tools to drive leads for our sales team. We have created true value to the organization that impacts the bottom line. HubSpot was used primarily by sales and marketing staff for marketing and CRM purposes.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

Permission settings are limited. We have so many users that we would need to drill down much further to make sure all of them have access to exactly what they need. But we do understand that we also are a very specific case.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We used HubSpot for managing our website (creating and editing pages), newsletter, blog, SEO, social media messages, and keeping track of our prospects' information and activities.

What do you like about HubSpot?

The system is user-friendly making your marketing efforts simple to deploy. I especially like having all of our marketing efforts and data housed in one system, from web analytics to CRM...it's all on one place which makes my job easier. Also, it has excellent tutorials and uses cases available.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

There are some areas of the software which require further build out. The other thing to keep in mind is that you will need to pay for add-ons like specific sales tools and reporting, which can be a bit disappointing, but at the price point you're paying, it won't consume your entire budget.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

It is mainly used by marketing department - emails, forms, workflows and other function to execute marketing strategy and collect data to plan marketing strategies. It also serves as a basic CRM database to track customer activities.

What do you like about HubSpot?

Hubspot CRM is extremely easy to implement and has all the basic features you need. What we like most of using Hubspot is how easy it is to use, it keeps accurate reports and helps us keep track of our overall numbers and helps us keep accurate records of our customers. The service has a lot of integrates with other apps. I really love the integration with calendars and phone app. This CRM has all tools to make a business more successful.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

I would like to see a visual overlay of all my customers on a map. That way when I am planning a trip I don't miss any customers that are off the main roads. Also, I don't like that the email feature cannot handle attachments.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

It allows me to easily keep track of everything. What sales I am working on. What customers I need to contact. And everything is conveniently located to work with ease.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I'll start with the price. If you are looking for a completely free CRM, then Hubspot is a good option, but not the best. If you are willing to pay for CRM then Hubspot is definitely one of the best CRM on the market. This is a universal service.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The user interface is convenient, but it works a little slow, but there is a free version, and for many clients its functional is quite enough.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We provide services and with Hubspot to track orders more easily. I have access to all contacts; I can view our entire communication history at any time. I can also accept the order and assign the task of my co-worker, and then I will only keep track of whether he has done it or not. A powerful reporting system, we can track and forecast our revenues and expenses.

What do you like about HubSpot?

HubSpot is focused on ensuring that you can get the help you like without having to talk to someone. I believe it's in their core philosophy. Consumers should be able to setup software on their own. This is in stark contrast to Salesforce that pushes consultants on to you.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The interface is very inconsistent. There is a mix of new interfaces with old interfaces. It's pricey, in fact it's not that far off from Salesforce. There is ZERO and I mean zero support for SaaS software. This tool is not for SaaS companies. However, I'm yet to find CRM software that is, but I guess that's life.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

Getting our marketing efforts and sales efforts in one place. Prior, they were in CRM, Mailchimp, etc. This has consolidated our software use nicely.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I like that it integrates with a lot of different technologies. It's also free to start so that always helps. It's easy to get going but nothing is really that straight-forward. HubSpot does everything and does it all very mediocrely. It gets the job done, but it's not my favorite. At the same time, I'm not sure there's much out there that's considerably better.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

Clunky, out-dated functions. They've been revamping a lot, which helps. But they still have a while to go before they're fully up date across the board. It can be complex at times. Reporting is definitely something that they struggle with.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I like the dashboard and export features with select column and split option in lead management ..aprat from that, you can integrate into any social media account.
Analytics option mostly I used to check everything

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The one issue I have with HubSpot is the capability of reports. While they have them, sometimes you can't get completely granular. That is why I couldn't rate HubSpot a full 10.

Great tools for marketers pretty good tool for sales

Hubspot is a great simple to use marketing automation and CRM tool.
My company have been using it for several years on the marketing side and decided to go with Hubspot sales tools instead of going with Salesforce. While they maintain the easy to use aspect on the sales side we still see how it was not build to support a more complex sales or sales team structure.
They support is excellent and overall I would highly recommend the product
