What do you like about HubSpot?

You can do a TON with it! From using it as a sales dashboard to a CRM to a marketing tool, HubSpot really is an all-in-one solution.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

You can do a TON with it! But it is almost TOO complicated at times. For example, granting the RIGHT permissions to the right users to be able to perform very basic tasks always seems to be an impossibility.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

It has been a great way for us to build a CRM specifically to store and manage and organize all of our contacts - clients, former clients, leads, prospects, etc.

Hubspot helps to do email marketing very easy method. With the help of this tool, you can share email in a bulk mode not only that you can schedule it and you will get the notifications for the same. It has multiple options like whom you deal with or win the collaboration. The best part is you can create 5 email templates and with 1 click the email can be sent. It helps with SEO, and SEM by providing data and monthly analysis reports.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

When it comes to a small business it is a little bit expensive for them. Some of Hubspot's features are a touch quirky - I've had email addresses mysteriously deleted and functions cease to function without warning.

Hubspot helps the BDE Team with marketing features.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I love that Hubspot has all my marketing and sales tools in one place, but the really amazing parts are the automation technologies and the support team - by far the best support I've ever had, for any product.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

It is hard to leave, if you find something wrong or if the rates get too high. Because it has all of our data, it's a bit of an all-eggs-in-one-basket situation

What do you like about HubSpot?

Firstly, HubSpot hands down has the best customer support which I have come across. Depending on your subscription, there's a choice of email support, live chat and phone support which are all fantastic. I personally use the chat service when I need to which is very efficient.

I like the user interface, good structure to it and easy to use.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

When it comes to creating custom reports etc I find it a bit difficult to do and doesn't seem to have the customisation I'd like it to have. We used to use the marketing hub as well for about a year but to be honest was very expensive but the CRM system pricing is great for us and we continue to use that.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We use HubSpot as our CRM system. We have been using it for many years and its been excellent for us when it comes to managing our database and keeping it up to date and so on.

What do you like about HubSpot?

When I first started using Hubspot, my old employer didn't pay for any training. Fortunately, Hubspot is easy to teach yourself and they offer a ton of free online resources. Everything in Hubspot is tracked and easy to use.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

There seems to be some things that aren't tied together that I would have thought would be in regards to the stages and going from a lead to a deal. It seems odd that something I have to build workflows for when I wish they were just standard.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We use it for marketing, sales and support. It is our full CRM. It isn't perfect and sometimes I miss the SFDC side of things, but in general I really enjoy it. From a marketing perspective, it is a great tool.

What do you like about HubSpot?

Hubspot is, first and foremost, an excellent piece of software for tracking emails. Whenever I've needed to see whether or not people are even bothering to look at what I'm sending them, I know that I can rely on Hubspot.

Hubspot is also great for our website-tracking initiatives, and for building out a chatbot to help website visitors use our website.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

Some of Hubspot's functionality is a little wonky - I've had email addresses inexplicably get deleted and functions inexplicably stop working without any notification. It's a little frustrating, and it's easy to not see these things happen in software that is as multi-faceted as HubSpot - there are too many functions for any one person to really be able to keep track of.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

I've used Hubspot for numerous tracking functions (emails, website users, etc.). It's helped our company develop new tech and components of our website, and keep track of the hundreds of emails that we send out each month.

What do you like about HubSpot?

HubSpot CRM has become an essential tool when it comes to sales of our company. Navigating this service is simple due to the basic interface that anyone can handle. Allows sales reports to be updated automatically. It allows us to know in a broad way the sales channel in real time, which is very important because it allows us to monitor and make the necessary adjustments in each sales strategy. The analytics in general is very complete and detailed including several phases of the production process. I can know every detail by entering from any device and in this sense I can work from the company or from the palm of my hand.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

At the beginning the program presented some malfunctions and when we contacted the technical team the information they provided us did not help much. We should rely on tutorials to find answers. It is important that they provide a good technical assistance service.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

HubSpot CRM has collaborated in some way to increase our sales vertiginously. Every strategy we set out to market products and services goes through counting all that assistance that this great CRM offers us. The best thing is that the training time on the part of our work team was really short and in less than a week everyone was already fully managed. It has really been a great experience working with HubSpot CRM in our organization.

What do you like about HubSpot?

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The learning curve is constant, due to the possible updates that are made, for which it is necessary to keep in constant adaptation to each of his new inventions. However, it must be taken into account that it is easy to start a quick work if the new changes are fully understood.
On the other hand, customize, configure and adapt the design according to my tastes and preferences is a little interfered by some limitations of the RSS. I would like it to have better personalization features.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I love that all my emailing, marketing, sales, landing pages, and even social media management is all available within this one tool.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The free version doesn't provide enough for it to be worth it and the levels of upgrades are too far apart. There needs to be more price brackets. That's for my personal, small company.

For my day job, we hate that any email that comes into the company is immediately created into a contact. So, for example, if your husband sends you a quick email to your job or if a solicitor sends you junk mail, Hubspot logs that information as a contact and your email is available to everyone at the company to read.

This doesn't seem like a huge deal until you realize that, if you need more contacts after you max out (I think its 500 or something like that) it's an additional $5K to upgrade and get more contact space.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We are using one product for what we were using 5 or 6 products. It's an all-in-one solution.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

Permission settings are limited. We have so many users that we would need to drill down much further to make sure all of them have access to exactly what they need. But we do understand that we also are a very specific case.

We used HubSpot for managing our website (creating and editing pages), newsletter, blog, SEO, social media messages, and keeping track of our prospects' information and activities.

There are some areas of the software which require further build out. The other thing to keep in mind is that you will need to pay for add-ons like specific sales tools and reporting, which can be a bit disappointing, but at the price point you're paying, it won't consume your entire budget.

It is mainly used by marketing department - emails, forms, workflows and other function to execute marketing strategy and collect data to plan marketing strategies. It also serves as a basic CRM database to track customer activities.

What do you like about HubSpot?

Hubspot CRM is extremely easy to implement and has all the basic features you need. What we like most of using Hubspot is how easy it is to use, it keeps accurate reports and helps us keep track of our overall numbers and helps us keep accurate records of our customers. The service has a lot of integrates with other apps. I really love the integration with calendars and phone app. This CRM has all tools to make a business more successful.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

I would like to see a visual overlay of all my customers on a map. That way when I am planning a trip I don't miss any customers that are off the main roads. Also, I don't like that the email feature cannot handle attachments.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

It allows me to easily keep track of everything. What sales I am working on. What customers I need to contact. And everything is conveniently located to work with ease.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I'll start with the price. If you are looking for a completely free CRM, then Hubspot is a good option, but not the best. If you are willing to pay for CRM then Hubspot is definitely one of the best CRM on the market. This is a universal service.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The user interface is convenient, but it works a little slow, but there is a free version, and for many clients its functional is quite enough.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

We provide services and with Hubspot to track orders more easily. I have access to all contacts; I can view our entire communication history at any time. I can also accept the order and assign the task of my co-worker, and then I will only keep track of whether he has done it or not. A powerful reporting system, we can track and forecast our revenues and expenses.

What do you like about HubSpot?

HubSpot is focused on ensuring that you can get the help you like without having to talk to someone. I believe it's in their core philosophy. Consumers should be able to setup software on their own. This is in stark contrast to Salesforce that pushes consultants on to you.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The interface is very inconsistent. There is a mix of new interfaces with old interfaces. It's pricey, in fact it's not that far off from Salesforce. There is ZERO and I mean zero support for SaaS software. This tool is not for SaaS companies. However, I'm yet to find CRM software that is, but I guess that's life.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HubSpot solve?

Getting our marketing efforts and sales efforts in one place. Prior, they were in CRM, Mailchimp, etc. This has consolidated our software use nicely.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I like that it integrates with a lot of different technologies. It's also free to start so that always helps. It's easy to get going but nothing is really that straight-forward. HubSpot does everything and does it all very mediocrely. It gets the job done, but it's not my favorite. At the same time, I'm not sure there's much out there that's considerably better.

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

Clunky, out-dated functions. They've been revamping a lot, which helps. But they still have a while to go before they're fully up date across the board. It can be complex at times. Reporting is definitely something that they struggle with.

What do you like about HubSpot?

I like the dashboard and export features with select column and split option in lead management ..aprat from that, you can integrate into any social media account.
Analytics option mostly I used to check everything

What do you dislike about HubSpot?

The one issue I have with HubSpot is the capability of reports. While they have them, sometimes you can't get completely granular. That is why I couldn't rate HubSpot a full 10.

Hubspot is a great simple to use marketing automation and CRM tool.
My company have been using it for several years on the marketing side and decided to go with Hubspot sales tools instead of going with Salesforce. While they maintain the easy to use aspect on the sales side we still see how it was not build to support a more complex sales or sales team structure.
They support is excellent and overall I would highly recommend the product
