What do you like about BambooHR?

Within Bamboohr we can also obtain a control of the hiring processes of new personnel, in which we can create reports on their quality as candidates based on the writing of parameters such as their ability and their level of pro activity, without forgetting that we can time the Time it takes for certain activities. In other words, Bamboohr delivers in a relatively complete domain of the life cycle of new and old employees, in which we can review in just seconds all its history within the company, including faults, inconveniences, and more. Apart from version 2.0 Bamboohr diversified the tools that we could use when creating a time report, getting more detailed results. We are pleased to know that such a version achieves such good results in the area of ​​absence management, especially because of the way in which reports are included.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Bamboohr has not served us to apply direct payments to employees, so we had to use other software to add credit cards to our management. Although curriculum summaries can be saved within Bamboohr, they cannot be filtered through the search system.

What have you been using it for and what problems did BambooHR solve?

Bamboohr is basically a platform in which the use of databases of employees or candidates predominates, with quick samples of all the information about them that are within the company, so that in case of delegating someone to work Within Bamboohr, it is kept fully informed about the status of each employee and their history.

What do you like about BambooHR?

BambooHR come with lots and multiple features like On-boarding, employee data, attendance, payslips, leave management, shift maintenance etc. It's literally one of the best product i have used which come with beautiful user interface and easy to use functionalities. Integration and implementation is also pretty easy.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Sometimes attendance synchronization and reporting is difficult resulting difficulty in sending data to payroll to process salary, in such case manual intervention is required. Though it may be because of punch-in software not realated to BambooHR.

What have you been using it for and what problems did BambooHR solve?

Payroll Processing, Employee On-boarding, Attendance, Leave management, Shift allowance, payslips, maintaining general company policy documents and many more.

What do you like about BambooHR?

This is one of the best software in terms of human resources, it has really been very useful for the storage of employee information, helping them to visualize their benefits and personal information. Thanks to BambooHR I have managed to become an excellent recruiter, among the different functions that this allows to improve day by day. This platform has allowed us any manager of our company to access our account from anywhere, allowing them to keep updated and informed about the team, also has several automated functions for manual reports that my company generates for the corporate office.

Among so many things that I like about this software, one of the most striking, unlike many in the market, is that BambooHR is in constant contact with its customers, seeking opinions to make improvements that allow us to improve our operations on a daily basis, I love it their attention to the client since any doubt they may have is there to provide us with the answers we seek in the best way and with the quality that characterizes them. I hope to continue seeing improvements in this software to ensure that more and more all the processes we carry out will be automated and thus be able to save time and costs in terms of office supplies. While this software is not the cheapest in the market, well, if you pay it, it will be worth it.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

BambooHR does not allow the evaluation of curricular summaries which is something extremely necessary, just as it does not allow to add comments in 360 degrees to the document which is required in my company, in the same way it is expected that this function will be added soon. On the other hand the operation of your mobile application is not very good to say, it is somewhat complicated to use and is quite slow, which I imagine that the main function of creating a mobile application is to facilitate the user to have quick access to it and that This can access as much information as possible. Although this does not affect us directly since we try to handle everything with the desktop version. Well it would be helpful to improve this mobile application.

What have you been using it for and what problems did BambooHR solve?

This software has helped us solve or facilitate several of the processes that were carried out manually in our company, through this program we can store all the information related to employees, allowing them to obtain their personal information and benefits, among many more functions.

What do you like about BambooHR?

It's easy to check paid time off, unpaid time off, sick days, funeral leave, jury duty, and floating holidays. You can also see which employees have taken today off or plan on taking time off in the near future.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

There's no way to cancel days off on the day off if a sudden work emergency comes up for a normal user. An admin has to adjust the time off balance. You can only cancel days off in advance so it doesn't really cover this scenario well.

What have you been using it for and what problems did BambooHR solve?

Every business needs some kind of system to track employee time off. This one gets the job done and has a very simple user interface.
