I can't say I dislike it, but not every company knows about this website. It means not everyone in the corporate world is aware of this, so we need to advertise it more and, yes, make it more useful for this

Each of the publications that the user can work with has the advantage that personalized reports on their performance can be created. Zoho People can connect to the other tools in the zoho suite, in order to allow us to work better with customer follow-ups, only in this case, if they have profiles in a social network, we can review them to create plans focused on their exercise. Zoho People is the best system to analyze social networks, with which they will be able to better understand who is within their audience, and they can create reports based on it, either using previously created formats or completely blank. The professional plan is recommended to work with up to 6 channels and 3 members.
Zoho People has a very slow customer participation analysis system, which does not serve to write down the relevant comments of them, and thus be able to maintain a better job with feedback. It doesn't integrate Bitly so well, or shortening platforms for URLs.
With Zoho People, we can basically share information through our social networks anywhere, anytime, with good encryption that keeps data secure before publication. You could say that Zoho People is software created to keep social marketing in a higher position. It can be used if you want to improve the image online (and the presence of it), or to manage accounts of different companies, in case the user is a community manager who works for an advertising company.
What I find most helpful in Zoho People is the fact that it includes smart features to track the employees on real time, and it easy to get started with this software. They can report anytime and Zoho People has turned into my most prioritized software because of how necessary it is in my daily work. From being able to communicate with coworkers at all times, to create schedules and track tasks, it is a software that’s valuable and helps me keep everything in order and in just one place.
What I dislike about this software is that it limits its features in their own ways and there’s not much room for customization, such as being able to edit payroll cycles to fit my schedules. Aside from that, I really like this software.
