When archiving an employee, an end date is added to their contract, and users are reminded of actions to perform, like cancel future appraisals, time off, and things of that nature. Users can also make the “Customize Your Salary” configurator available in additional countries, mass edit departments, job positions, and managers in the list view, and easily check if an employee is currently available. Pretty convenient, right?
