What do you like about Virtual Receptionists?

I was not certain this service would provide any return on investment, particularly with the chat service.

It was my mistake. Within the first week I noticed an uptick in leads from the chat service. Regarding the telephone service. No problems. The service helps to provide a professional decorum.

What do you dislike about Virtual Receptionists?

I can't really think of anything I dislike. Even from an improvement perspective, Ai is fast to listen to customer feedback and take immediate action.

What do you like about Virtual Receptionists?

As the owner of a small law firm, I've tried several receptionist services over the years. Hands down, Smith.AI has been the best. Extremely professional in how they answer the phone and gather information and they go above and beyond in dealing with my clients. And the ease of use is head and shoulders above the competitors. Need to hold all calls? A simple text will do.
They've reached out to me on multiple occasions as call volumes changed to fine tune my program to save me money. Who does that? Needless to say, I'm sticking with Smith.AI.

What do you dislike about Virtual Receptionists?

Not a dang thing. Really, they've been responsive and great to work with. And can't think of a single negative.
