What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

The best thing about salesforce is that it has 2 UI -classic and lightning and lightning is quite engaging for users. We can use different clouds available on the Salesforce -sales, Service, Commerce, Health cloud .There is a free trial available for Salesforce platform. You can configured salesforce platform with its drag and drop functionality.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

The Salesforce lightning becomes slow sometimes which is quite intolerant sometimes as it happens in the middle of the work.

What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

It does what you'd expect a CRM to do. It manages leads, contacts, companies, calls, deals, tasks etc. We also use it for customer support tickets and reports.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Everything is limited or difficult. It Dashboard reports must come from a "report" as opposed to being able to make it on the fly, you can't color code drop down menus out of the box. We had to pay a developer to add this therefore it's an expense ever time we want to modify it. The backend for setting up user permissions, adding fields etc is very very old school and difficult to use. There are not too many options when it comes to page layouts compared with other CRMs. While it has "everything" it doesn't do anything really well. everything is just "ok".

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

The biggest challenge salesforce solved was having customer contact info and sales contact info in one place. Previously we had two different products - one for sales and one for customers. But since the transition to salesforce, we lost of lot of functionality from the CRM end.

The best part about salesforce other than the sales related features is its open environment and integration to build and integrate other applications. Have been using it for more than a year and the tool is must-have for larger sales force.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Since the functionality of tool is quite complex, change management takes a lot of time to roll SFDC for larger teams. It is a process of approximately 6months to 1year to onboard the tool.

Every department in my company, from sales to marketing to operations, utilizes Salesforce in some capacity. On a company-wide basis, it is very effective. Using Salesforce CRM, we can monitor the success of marketing campaigns. Campaign members can be added and my database and assets for my entire customer-to-business services can be managed with this tool. It's very powerful. With an in-house CRM system, I can better manage my customer relationships. Simple steps were taken throughout the process.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

The Professional tier is expensive, and the level of customer service could be improved. I like how easy it is to report on our findings. Although the interface is responsive when working with multiple tabs, it can be slow. There are a lot of built-in features that are a little difficult to customize.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

Salesforce is the market leader when it comes to sales platforms. Core capabilities and reporting are part of this package. Sales, administration, implementation, success, and maintenance all benefit greatly from it. We've had better communication since implementing it. Salesforce has a wide range of products that we used, so it is important to our business.

The dashboard for Salesforce CRM is intuitive and user friendly. Also, there is the lead management part of Salesforce CRM. Salesforce CRM helps us in audience targeting, and this increases sales.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Salesforce CRM is not a cheap software, which means, not all ersons or companies that can easily acquire the product. On multi currency, Salesforce CRM is a program that requires some improvements. On call recording, Salesforce CRM sometimes hang, and this affects its credibility.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

Salesforce CRM is one of the credible software in managing the contacts of our customers. Again, Salesforce CRM helps in automating sales, and this increases the sales revenue. There is analytics from Salesforce CRM and sales forecasting. Finally, Salesforce CRM eases paper work, by automating most of the sales related tasks.

Once you use Salesforce as your CRM for sales, you will compare all other CRM's to it.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Salesforce has their basic reports and you can build dashboards and everything, but if you want true analytics you have to integrate another platform with it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

We used Salesforce for all departments from lead through to customer. We did not use their marketing automation platform as it was ridiculously expensive, so we integrated that with a different vendor. Fortunately, everything integrates with Salesforce.

Using the diary function makes this tool the most useful. I can easily plan weeks in advance using event and follow up creations. Reporting is easy to use too. I easily manage all my sales accounts with this tool.

As a CRM platform, it's everything you could ask for. Also, its AppStore is top notch. From a functionality perspective, you cannot go wrong with Salesforce. Also, as one of the biggest and most widespread platforms, there are plenty of Salesforce resources out there, so there is no shortage of help available should you need it. If you are a small non-profit particularly, Salesforce can be an incredible resource as your first 10 licenses are free.

Its price is high.Sometimes they are not that helpful, and they are not that trained enough in resolving each person's concern.

What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

We like it because it is a platform with powerful resources since it allows you to track your clients / clients / members / potential customers and see the arc of their interaction with your organization. If you also use something like Pardot to manage emails and forms online, it will give you a complete lifeline for the person and how they have interacted with you. It allows you to create a journey and an experience based on your interactions with you and do a quick follow-up when someone shows signs of life.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Really only one aspect can change a lot, but doing it is a difficult task, and you need to know the terminology of the sales force to be able to do it. In addition, you can change a lot, although often these are "adjustments" and you feel that you really can not enter at the end to change things in a more logical way.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

One of the factors that integrates Salesforce is that it has helped us is that we can see all our upcoming tasks very easily and schedule the next tasks to be done automatically, also revolutionizes and automates our sales process, which in turn helps the Sales team to sell. What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

Mostly used this when I worked at a call center based company, but occasionally use it now, when I am asked to handle customer support .

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

I dislike the way it will freeze, then randomly crash, shutting the whole entire program down when I am on the phone with a customer, This happened all too many times to count. When you try to reach customer service to complain, it takes way too long to get through. If they can fix this, it would not be half bad.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Salesforce CRM solve?

When it works, I mainly used it to record customer information on service desk related calls. It is also customizable, which was very helpful to our company as a whole.

  In addition, it allows us to automate redundant tasks and administrative work, which makes the work easier and in less time.

One of the disadvantages of Salesforce is the complexity of its platform. This is advantageous and positive for some users but for others it can be a nightmare.
This platform is usually very complex for those micro companies that do not really need such a complex software solution. This situation is generally present in small and medium enterprises in which they do not have an employee who can dedicate exclusively to this great platform.

Salesforce is a fairly robust software with many different modules and functionality. One of the major pluses about the software is its ease of use and ability to customize users for approval and routing flows. This flexibility allows organizations to adapt the platform to their own unique business needs and routing flow requirements. In my organization, Salesforce has been used extensively in operations when it comes to managing approvals by key functional stakeholders when it comes to Raw Material & Finished Good Destructions, Approvals for Air Freight Shipments, and Approvals for Markdown & Discounting Incentives. Using a proper system to track these routings really helps to hold parties accountable for the financial impact of decisions that are made.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

While great for routing and approvals, Salesforce does have a highly secure interface which is great in theory, but an inconvenience in practice. When users do not use the platform on a regular basis, their access gets removed. This proves to be an incredible experience as users have to routinely open IT tickets to have their accesses reinstated in order to route critical requests for approvals.

Salesforce has helped to solve business needs surrounding the need for an ability to track approval authorizations for key financial decision making. It also has helped my organization to hold departments accountable for requested processes and discounting.

What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

We are a most interesting tool for reporting design, customizing and administration of the tool which we need to configure in Hana DB integration as well to replicate data. Most of the calls from the salesforce which will decrease the performance compare to BI load.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

This is too expensive for small business to use if they do benefit from the software as a service, which means a less attractive CRM solution is looked at instead.

What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

We comed to Salesforce CRM 2 years earlier and it was the very best relocation. While it is not best it is definitely much better than our previous system and considering that it is web base Performance is much quicker and increases performance. It can be glichy sometimes however access on the go with out needing to take out my laptop computer keep this account supervisor on the relocation. Proposition tool and chance funnel permits me to keep an eye on my customers much better.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

Mobile app not constantly reputable. I can not access orders/contracts. screens do not scroll left or making it difficult to gain access to particular edit locations on order screens. Need to attempt several times to obtain accounts to open.

Performance is much better as a CRM for our either system.

What do you like about Salesforce CRM?

Salesforce is structured in a very straight-forward manner. It's easily adapted to the way an organization does business. A few favorites features we’ve heard highlighted from sales teams include: Read Receipts, Send Later Functions, Dynamic Calendars, Pre-created email content etc. In a way, Salesforce is sales automation that making the life of your sales teams easier and improving their results. As someone who needs to balance many relationships at the same time, this tool is helping me efficiently track my contacts and communications. I simply wouldn't be able to do my job effectively if I had to rely on email and spreadsheets.

What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM?

The mobile experience is packed with features but it is not always intuitive. It's a bit hard to learn the workflows and error triggers. You definitely need a competent system administrator to manage Salesforce so it can be priory set up to be beneficial to an organization.

While SFDC is extremely feature rich, you can also tell that it has been built over a long period of time. It's more than a little overwhelming to use, and unbelievably complicated to implement well and maintain. Leading to an entire industry of Salesforce Admins for hire, and Salesforce consultants.
