What do you like about EngageBay?

I like the fact that it is a complete system I can use to grow my business and it is affordable. Honestly, when we started this I am having difficulty finding all the functions I need to start the business. I tried combining a couple of tools but they won't fit the way they are needed. Luckily, I came across EngageBay and it has everything I need and more.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

What I don’t like is the fact that it is not very popular yet. I really want everyone to know its existence. It will make the platform more stable and probably have more functions as it grows. That is why I am making this review. To make more people know about EngageBay.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

The system is able to get us started Digitally. We have been doing things online for a bit but it is more of a manual process. The system helped us reach a new level of running our business. We have been aware of a similar system but our budget is not enough to get those solutions. I am really glad to have this system.

What do you like about EngageBay?

The features it has puts it at par with the giants of the CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and the like. The growth and potential are immense. I first saw this in 2018 and it was a useful but really basic system. To my surprise when I saw the system again in 2020. It is a sophisticated highly functional state-of-the-art all-in-one digital marketing system. I was looking for a system that can support the business needs that I can afford especially when the pandemic hits. I was really amazed at how much growth it has in just 2 years. Above all, it remained very affordable. It is a fraction of the price of a system with a quarter of its functions.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

This system practically saved me, so I cannot think of anything I dislike about it for ow. Maybe further growth and development so that it will match top platforms or even get better.

EngageBay allowed me to support my business needs during hard times by having a lot of sophisticated features and being really affordable at the same time.

What do you like about EngageBay?

I am an entrepreneur for a long time. Way before the Internet. In the past years, I have to get my business on the Internet too, to keep up with the times. I find a lot of things difficult in handling the technology. Also, a lot of helpful tools seem to cost a lot. However, I still have to get them since it makes my business more efficient. I thought it’s always that way. However, EngageBay showed me a one-of-a-kind solution. Something I find understandable, really affordable, and can handle all my businesses in one platform. It allows me to see the data I need. How many people are inquiring, where they are from, how many are buying and what have they bought. Data that allows me to see how well my businesses are doing ad how can I improve them. The system allowed me to automate much of the engagements and track all transactions, whether it be part of automation or manually done, like phone calls, emails, chat conversations, and the like. Enabling me to focus on making sound business decisions.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I am old and not very tech-savvy. However, I am interested in any information that furthers my business. With that being said. I really like to know more about EngageBay and all its features. I feel like I am only seeing the tip of the iceberg and I notice there are still a lot of features I am not utilizing. However, I can’t find decent documentation about much of it. I think more articles and video tutorials will be great for us all.

EngageBay empowered me to utilize the power of digital marketing with an accurate data gathering system which enabled me in making business decisions that count. "Function and affordability like never before..."


What do you like about EngageBay?

I am a student and a Vlog content developer. In fact, I have my own youtube channel with a significant amount of followers. It really makes me happy when my followers express satisfaction with each content I share. I also love seeing my following grow each day. I work hard in creating high-quality content and reach out to like-minded people to see and follow my channel. However, consistency in reaching out is a big challenge. Considering, that I have to divide my time for developing content. Engagement like social media postings, and emailing my followers when I have special posts or when I simply want to greet them for a special occasion, like Merry Christmas or Happy Halloween. I also have to allocate a big chunk of my time for my studies. I know I have to automate engagement but I don’t have a big budget.

That is why I am thankful for finding EngageBay. A really affordable system that allowed me to schedule and automate my postings for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even LinkedIn. I can also make broadcasts to all or specific groups of contacts relating to a new content release that may interest them. I also scheduled special greetings with my channel’s branding for holidays like Easter, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and the like.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I do not know what I don’t like about the system yet. It provides me what I need. I think I am using a very small fraction of what the system is capable of. So far the parts I use are great so I cannot evaluate the other functions yet.

"EngageBay An Impossible dream - Realized..."


What do you like about EngageBay?

EngageBay allowed me to put all of my clients into one single platform without mixing up their data. I keep track of each call, email exchanges, chat sessions. I even make use of the ticketing system to be able to successfully process tasks and issues for individual clients. In some of my tasks, like scheduled posting, I am able to automate them. I am able to automate email marketing done for each client without getting lost in the track. There is a balance of power and affordability.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I have noticed the system has changed significantly in just a year and has twice or more features when I first got it. I hope they send an email update containing the new feature release and some basic documentation on what they are about. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I am always eyeing any tech that can advance my arsenal. I think I already have a powerful weapon. I simply need to know more about it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

I am a digital marketing manager handling various clients with unique business nature. Each of those clients got their own clients and I handle them simultaneously without mixing up data and keeping track of each deal and process. Though each one provides their own preferred system where I can do my work when I am dealing with their specific task. I need my own system that can handle them all but something that is affordable - I am a person, not a corporation so budget matters. What do you like about EngageBay?

It is a complete system and it is very affordable It covers my entire digital marketing. Email marketing, landing page creation, SMS broadcasts, Social media marketing, and I can automate it. I can also handle my Sales by keeping track of deals, records of engagements, product presentation, proposal creation, and closing the deal. I can also support my customers via phone support, chat support, email support and keep track of support via its ticketing system. It is a technology that creates an environment where a business can exist.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The system is great and easy to use. The support is great and really nice to deal with. However, I need documentation that I can read about existing features and updates when new features are released. I can’t find those data anywhere.

What do you like about EngageBay?

I have been amazed at the technology and all of its sophistication. However, my business is still great by doing it in an old fashion. Basic phone calls and face-to-face meetings to cut a deal. Then pandemic happened. We need to go virtual, but do not have enough systems in place to completely do everything virtually. Getting something that can handle us cost really high. I almost jump in to get the expensive system. A great thing, I found Engagebay. It has everything I need and more. I can keep track of my deals, make phone calls and check it on record when I need to verify something. Automate marketing and sales. It practically saved my business during the pandemic. It is a complete system that is light on the budget.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I took this system because of its affordability and completeness. So far it got me covered so I am not yet sure if there is something I discipline. I just hope it will be consistent and updates will come without causing bugs or loss of data.

I am able to get my business virtual in the shortest possible time at an unbelievably affordable price. I am able to find my way through the system. The first try is a bit difficult. However, as soon as I found my way through a certain function, I was able to get through finding everything else with relative ease. "Marketing at its Greatness"


What do you like about EngageBay?

Small software packed with Unparalleled Performance! I am doubtful at first when I saw the product. It has so many features, but it is inexpensive. I was just introduced to it. I am really amazed when it works. It is something I can use and even more.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I hate it when it's making me now a Couch Potato! Everything is seamless! With easy click buttons and a user-friendly interface. I am not sure if that's a bad thing though. Maybe more tutorials on the existing features. There is still a lot that I need to explore. It pretty much covers everything I need for now. However, learning more about the system entails greater horizons.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

I thought everything was settled with my previous software company paying $25.00 with less support and just plainly for email blasting. Issues came and they are having a hard time helping me out. An acquaintance introduced me to Engagebay – Marketing. I can’t imagine how it greatly helps and improves our business. For an extra $7.00 more, I am having the best software so far! Easy Marketing templates and Segmentation is by so far perfect and It can easily send emails to each type of Market I choose. Kudos to their outstanding Support with the help of my Own Account Manager!

"A Dream Come True"


What do you like about EngageBay?

EngageBay allowed me to schedule my posts for Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook. The system also provided me with a platform to Engage my clients even support them via chat, email, and phone. This is like a complete virtual office with lots of useful automation.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

I am not sure if I can do it because I have no info relating to the matte. However, it will be great if I can include social media posting or maybe replying to posts in automation.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

I am a freelance digital sales specialist. I have to focus my thoughts on creating strategies and meaningful posts rather than worry about what time it is and see if it's time to make posts or send an email. "Discovering EngageBay is a breakthrough for my Business"


What do you like about EngageBay?

Marketing and doing actual business are two separate things for me. This can easily be integrated using Hubspot, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365. However, the cost is really high. So I do my day-to-day business using several affordable and free apps across various platforms which adds up too much time. EngageBay allows me to do marketing, sales, track deals, and even communicate to clients via email, text messages, and even phone calls and keep records of it. I am doing a lot with this system and it has a lot more to offer at a very affordable price. EnagageBay is a definitely business breakthrough.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It does not have a lot of documentation and tutorials. Though, I admit it's really easy to figure out. But got to have knowledge base and documentation is still good to have.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

I am using it to provide a professional feel to my personal business. I am using it to keep and organize records. From contacts, business deals, email templates, landing pages, and even records of client calls which I can use for future reference.

A good competent marketing tool with very some exciting marketing automation features. Easy pipeline management, quick and easy to send a simple email to a whole list or segment. Massive range of email marketing features. Fairly cheap to start with.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The User Interface could be a bit more user friendly, perhaps more "Jira-like". It is adequate though and this is very subjective.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

We have found that our time spent jumping between apps has hugely decreased. Having a one-stop solution has allowed us to focus more on the business and less on the business management.

What do you like about EngageBay?

Great software, easy to get started with. Engagebay has been a great option for our company for single campaigns and on-going email marketing. The pricing is very low, and it is very user friendly.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Not much really. Maybe the lead uploading process could be a little easier.

What do you like about EngageBay?

The integration between Engagebay marketing and sales has really helped our inside sales team. The implementation was easy and the ongoing support has been good. Overall for the price and ease of use we are very happy.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Some of the functionality could be a bit more flexible, I would like them to work on adding more responsive email templates and landing page templates as part of the core product.

What do you like about EngageBay?

Their easy to use interface makes it convenient to automate all our marketing from a single dashboard. As of now, we are not paying anything to use it and I have already gotten the value from using this software, in terms of CX as well as newer customers.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It can add some additional features such as Lead Scoring, Analytics, etc. I think these are already in their pipeline, as their customer support lady told me.

What have you been using it for and what problems did EngageBay solve?

I use it to send bulk emails, capture leads with their nice web forms and to schedule my tweets.
