What do you like about Insent?

Insent along with my Hubspot has really helped me personalize experience for my ABM strategy. Insent has a seamless integration with hubspot which has really helped us to identify and keep tabs on our prospects.

What do you dislike about Insent?

No mobile app for the current version. Noticed few bugs which I have reported a few times.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Insent solve?

Insent is great for chat purposes and in companies where there is a need for fast response. It's great for engaging with visitors and converting them. The integrations really help to make the experience better for our prospects.

What do you like about Insent?

Insent is really helpful for us. Our Inbound campaign has been very efficient after using Insent.
We know which prospect came from which campaign CTA which is good context for our SDR’s to ask the right questions to our prospects and engage better.

What do you dislike about Insent?

Difficult to find previous visitors who SDR has already connected to over slack.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Insent solve?

Insent has been used specifically to take care of certain high value prospects and qualify out of many visitors coming to our site daily. Insent is helping us keep visitors engaged, give them a really good buyers experience and shorten our sales cycle.

What do you like about Insent?

The product blew us away right from the beginning. Insent takes into account our CRM/marketing automation platforms, uses reverse IP resolution, and visitors' website behavior to help identify and qualify leads. The end results is our SDRs get alerted of the best leads.

What do you dislike about Insent?

Not all the integrations we need, but they have a product roadmap that includes all of them in the near future. Not mission critical.

Connecting our SDRs with the best leads that are engaging with out website and marketing resources.
