No mobile app for the current version. Noticed few bugs which I have reported a few times.

The product blew us away right from the beginning. Insent takes into account our CRM/marketing automation platforms, uses reverse IP resolution, and visitors' website behavior to help identify and qualify leads. The end results is our SDRs get alerted of the best leads.
Not all the integrations we need, but they have a product roadmap that includes all of them in the near future. Not mission critical.
