What do you like about Keap?

We have done many campaigns and we have realized that audience segmentation is quite easy to do within the program itself. It is very interesting to be able to create follow-up processes to the campaigns that are generated by email, and also add the tools for mail transmission, since we have covered much better our objective of including A / B tests within these campaigns. Within Infusionsoft we can create our own sales funnels with a huge amount of details included, in the same way that we can create reports on the attention offered to customers, and on the priorities that we want to add. We want to recommend Infusionsoft since we realized that it is suitable to automate any marketing platform without worrying about always managing the program, also because it saves all the interactions we have through the channels with customers, allowing us to even create reports about it. In addition, a wide variety of software can be natively integrated, so the scope that is generated can be greatly increased if you know how to take advantage of the monitoring modalities.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Sometimes the platform looks wide and it becomes difficult to systematize everything. Infusionsoft does not have a system to identify and scan workers' cards (in the case of online stores that require this function). It does not work with commissions, nor with software integrations for sales intelligence.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Keap solve?

Infusionsoft has so many functions that it can cover many different fields.
