Main users of Braze are marketers in mid-market companies, and enterprise companies.
What I really like and appreciate more about Braze is that it's very easy to use and maintain marketing tool. It allows for marketing to be done in the same place using many touch points, including Email, SMS, Push and in-app Content Cards and Newsfeeds. Through the canvases and campaigns available enables us to create the right path for each and every type of customers. I also like how crucial the Braze learning and Documentation in Resources to supporting the creation of Campaigns and troubleshooting issues. I also love how responsive and proactive the support has been they're very quick to resolve issues and this creates the best user experience ever.
By having all our customers data into one centralized place it's easy to set up for campaign and canvas. I also love how the metrics and statics that are readily available for all customers communication make it easy to identify issues quickly.
Apart from me having a great and phenomenal user experience I still think there were parts of the integration we didn't have a ton of clarity about how features would impact and work for our business. Like for example content cards. This made us use integration that were not useful at all.
The reporting feature has a problem also especially when emails are switched out in a canvas, it's difficult to tell in the reporting what's good and bad.
Braze improves app-engagement, conversation events and to deliver relevent communication to the right customers at the right time. We also use this tool to connect our social media and new sites to the app that helps us to serve as a way of making inbound marketing strategies on our current websites and that we're able to achieve our end goal and that is to get customers engaged in the app. It also enables them to perform key conversations events to complete their journey within the app. This saves time and cost.
I like the role of intelligent suite which Braze has an amazing algorithms that we use to target our user-base with either timings or channel which is mostly effective way of engaging our customers.
