What do you like about iContact?

I like that iContact allows my team to send out targeted emails to our contacts and leads. Its ease of use and great template designs have saved us time in creating effective campaigns. The integration with Salesforce has also been extremely convenient and good for keeping track of how many times we've reached out to leads.

What do you dislike about iContact?

Though simple, the interface could use a slight makeover and upgrade. Customization in creating your own template has proved difficult and frustrating.

What have you been using it for and what problems did iContact solve?

We've been using iContact for email campaigns, and it has helped create a buzz with our customers and leads about upcoming webinars and events.

What do you like about iContact?

In general, IContact is a very flexible tool. Working with the program is simple and creating an email is a fun and efficient experience. It allows us to design newsletters, advances on each product we offer, new releases and special announcements according to the date (Christmas, Halloween, Earth Planet Day or some other event). The technical support team has treated us very well when we have requested it, providing concrete and timely responses. In the same way we can say that the price of the software is competitive and even lower than that of other services of this type in the market.

What do you dislike about iContact?

We have had failures regarding the automatic reformatting of the templates in some cases. Thus, a newsletter that looks one way on the computer is seen differently on a mobile device. This was a failure we reported and was resolved with the necessary guidance.

What have you been using it for and what problems did iContact solve?

IContact has allowed us to develop quality work when designing emails that we share with our clientele. Its templates allow you to save a lot of time and also obtain professional level results. The whole team quickly adapted to this software and we have really taken full advantage of this tool. We are very satisfied with this program.

What do you like about iContact?

What I like most about this program is that using it is really easy. It allows me to send unlimited emails, which is undoubtedly an advantage over other softwares that are more restrictive in this regard. If we talk about the technical service that it offers, it is one of the best because it offers several channels for requesting help through email, a live chat or a call. I think the price is competitive and very accessible. IContact really offers a great alternative at a low cost.

What do you dislike about iContact?

Some of our contacts have mentioned to us that certain emails that we send end up in the spam folder which undoubtedly becomes a problem at the moment of being effective with each campaign we launched. I think you should review this because other colleagues have told me that the same thing happens to them.

What have you been using it for and what problems did iContact solve?

The greatest benefit that IContact has given us has undoubtedly been to achieve greater impact through email with each of the campaigns we design. It has been very easy to work with this software based on its templates that help us save time and in a matter of minutes allows us to have the work ready. The price we paid for this program was more than reimbursed with the excellent service that we now have at our disposal
