It does not have free version nor free trial, this Program can be expensive for small businesses, you need extra staff for the implementation which adds development cost, I recommend hiring a salesforce administrator/developer for your team for the implementation and maintenance process, something that does not have salesforce is emails optimized for the mobile format, landing pages and web forms, I would like to see updates of these in the program, in addition to a trial version of it.
