I liked both the product and the team’s approach to product implementation. We started by using a company’s AI chatbot for response automation in our customer support. Then, we came to the partnerships in the realm of custom AI chatbot delivery.

What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

They are great, always in search of optimized solutions, and always delivering services on time. I’m confused to say what I dislike.

What have you been using it for and what problems did CoSupport AI solve?

CoSupport AI's chatbot (it’s called CoSupport Customer) helped us decrease response time by up to 32%. As each and every company, we’re eager to provide immediate response while keeping the service quality bar high. Not a trivial task. CoSupport Agent, being integrated into the Quidget interface for customer service, resulted in a decrease in response time and, consequently, an increase in first contact resolution and customer satisfaction in general.

I like both the team and the solution we’ve implemented. The solution helps us analyse data and search for the ways of our products and services improvements. The CoSupport AI team has the expert knowledge in the realm of AI (my opinion is grounded in our collaboration outcomes). In addition, the team welcomes suggestions and consistently implements changes to the product based on feedback.

What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

We didn't notice any flaws. The tool is great, and we find it really useful. I liked it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did CoSupport AI solve?

We use CoSupport Agent to provide the whole team, including sales, marketing, product management, and HR departments, with data needed for decision-making and improvements. CoSupport BI, a tool for data analysis that works as your conversation partner, deliver answers to the queries within a couple of seconds. CoSupport AI integrated the BI tool in Slack, which is our primary channel of communication, and now, we all can communicate with BI any moment. I appreciate most that one doesn’t need specialized knowledge in data analysis to benefit from this BI tool. Interestingly that we can brainstorm with CoSupport BI and use it for text creation (emails, social media posts, text summarization).

What do you like about CoSupport AI?

Collaboration was productive and smooth. The AI integration with our CRM took a few hours. The AI training was also quick. Even before measuring the integration results, I got the positive feedback from our recruiters that CoSupport Agent (the title of a solution we integrated) speeds up answering questions. Later, we concluded that the Agent provided relevant answers to employers’ and candidates questions, which was critical for Outstaff Your Team since our communication required the high level of personalization.

What do you dislike about CoSupport AI?

I can’t say what I disliked. On each stage of collaboration, the team was competent, ready for improvements, and flexible in the search of approaches that fitted our business needs best.

What have you been using it for and what problems did CoSupport AI solve?

We use CoSupport Agent for a partial automation of responses we provide employers and candidates with. CoSupport Agent, which is an AI assistant, was integrated with our CRM. It provides answers drafts that can be sent immediately or edited before sending. The outcome was the reduction of the response time by 50%. The most significant advantage is that we sped up responses while keeping the level of personalization high. It’s possible due to the efficient training and AI’s ability to learn on data.
