Analytics, this is really useful for my project. We have more than 5,000 customers in the database and we want to know how our triggers work. One of the most important components for me is support - this applies to any software that I have used, and eSputnik support is the best in my practice.
Nothing, a product is great. I use it for 2 years and never think about another solution.
Ease of use. Very simple and intuitive interface. I switched over from another service and even when I was first starting out and didn't know what I was doing I was able to either figure it out using their Support chat.

It was simple to transfer my contacts over (even if I had a small list ) that was important to me. I like that it's easy to use, it's affordable and has very simple and intuitive interface.
Even when I was just starting and didn't know what to do I was able to either figure it out using their Support section. I have used live chat multiple times, and each time it was excellent.
I build personalized email campaigns without knowing advanced programming languages and analyze it easily. Segments constructor and segment tracking features are extremely easy to use. Creation of the same type of letters for personalized mailings with a large number of segments takes a few minutes.
