What do you like about ActiveCampaign?

Excellent email marketing and CRM solution. Automations you can build are extremely useful with multiple options and conditions you can use. Email sending capability is exactly what you'd want, and fairly easy to set up intelligent and condition based auto-sequences and campaigns.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Mainly the UI. It's a little buggy at times with buttons not working until page refresh and sometimes doesn't fit to screen (needing horizontal scroll to see everything). Not being able to duplicate conditions when creating audience segments is a small, specific thing, but it's seriously annoying. E.g. adding a list of countries or tags to include in a segment requires starting from scratch for each condition, rather than being able to duplicate previous one and just change the country, tag, etc.

What do you like about ActiveCampaign?

It is an automation tool in the essential marketing management, it is part of my daily life thanks to its easy adaptation to my system and its flexibility in its adjustments. It indudes active campaign actions where digital marketing is of work such as templates and simple forms. On the other hand it allows a connection between colleagues and potential clients, it is possible to improve communication between members of the work team to carry out a more organized marketing management and with customers thanks to sales channels and sending automated emails for a more response fast and efficient. The newsletter and reports are detailed and specify every step I am taking in my work. It is possible to integrate it with other software to perform a joint work of accounting and billing.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I have certain problems with the emails I need to send, filtering does not allow me to send emails as required; On the other hand, the forms that customers fill out could be more complete, detailed and with better quality. The price can be a bit high, it cloud be better adjusted to the tools and features it offers. I can highlight customer service, it does its job very well and always tries to make my experience in the software comfortable and fluid.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ActiveCampaign solve?

I discovered that the solutions that ActiveCampaign broght me, no other software did. With is use, it largely covers many aspects of marketing management, we improve promotions and sales, the knowledge of the account registration and the comments of each client, the improvements in my company's CRM system, simplicity, efficiency and agility in every commercial work we do. We got more than we expected, we were rewarded and now we are more than grateful to ActiveCampaign, nothing better than the satisfaction of all our customers.

While ActiveCampaign provides a Business plan for bulk users, its capabilities would hardly match the broad and constantly changing needs of large enterprises, making it very limited. The CRM service is expensive, although it is not required initially.
There are some difficulties with the text editor, but they are improving it.
With so many features you sometimes don't know about very good alternatives, but all these features that put you at a disadvantage is not even the slightest in terms of their advantages which are greater.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ActiveCampaign solve?

I can make filters for my campaigns using as criteria the labels I have introduced or the lists created, in a similar way to the simple procedure I can use in a spreadsheet like Excel to make filters: just go to the menu and choose the right button: filter with label, filter by list or filter by status.
In the central part of the dashboard I found the active contacts, that is, who really reads the emails I am sending.
They are organized according to their activity with your projects: I can see the contacts that have been interacting more with my electronic marketing, which is an important indicator of motivation to purchase. Already identified with the help of the program, I may decide to give them personalized attention to broaden their motivation.
Another action that makes it easier for me to organize and manage my campaigns is to select multiple contacts to create a list, add them to an existing list or put a label on them.
A complementary way to manage my lists is to import and export the contacts. For example, I can export my lists of buyers to Facebook, to create segmented groups with specific conditions to advertise on this social network.
I can also do the reverse: a case would be to import your email contacts to Active Campaign. What I can do in this program with my contacts is much higher than what I usually see.
ActiveCampaign shows me your picture, the tags and lists in which I have included it and, using different sources of information, shows me your profiles in the social networks in which you are registered. I can even see the pages he has visited between what he has sent.

What do you like about ActiveCampaign?

It is very intuitive: Edit the templates was very easy.
The HTML editor is in the template editor, so users with more technological knowledge have unlimited possibilities when editing any template in HTML mode. Despite this, everything is very easy to find and use for a rookie.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The designs of their templates are simpler and simple, not to say ugly, than other software, for example MailChimp that has stood out for its beauty when sending a message.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and create complex automations at the best price and with a great capacity for delivery. The board is very intuitive. It has unique characteristics that take it to another level. ActiveCampaign is very different from the rest of its competitors, the ability to automate your email campaigns at full speed. The cost is also a reference among its competitors, this tool is quite viable to implement in your business.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The only aspect I do not like about ActiveCampaign is that it does not allow me to save my credentials and I have to log in every time I go to the tool. It is a bit akward.

My experience with ActiveCampaign has been pleasant so far. The automation of marketing complements my work by giving me the opportunity to be bolder and more optimal in what I do. The integrations from different points have been a perfect complement to continue working according to everything I need to cover.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

In general terms ActiveCampaign really is a software that works correctly. For my compliance and comfort I feel that you need more customization options, the labeling functions does not provide many options of design changes or personalization; which does not completely adapt to my tastes. It is not strictly a problem, but it is something that I would like to improve so that it adapts more comfortably to my work.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ActiveCampaign solve?

We arrive with greater audacity to the people indicated, just what we need, with the automation of emails and marketing campaigns in general, which has really been a benefit. What do you like about ActiveCampaign?

A flexible software that fully adapts to the marketing needs it presents, fully automating all large-scale email management, thus improving our campaign processes. It is really very simple to use and easy to configure, without a doubt, I can configure the whole process of automation and campaigns according to how I decide and I need it. It is accessible and the training is extremely fast, a beginner can quickly learn all the management.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I only encounter one problem. The interface may be too simple, some color or labeling options are needed. When I want to build a segmentation rule, it would be ideal if I could customize a little better, however, I can only do it in the simplest way possible, which takes away a bit of charisma. This does not mean that you can still manage the marketing campaign without problems.

What do you like about ActiveCampaign?

I've been using ActiveCampaign for a few years now, and I love it. We switched from Mailchimp because we were looking for some more advanced automation features, and after testing many different tools we ended up with ActiveCampaign.

ActiveCampaign has automation options you'd expect with a much more expensive platform (like Hubspot), but it costs a fraction of those other options. It's a great solution for startups and SMBs.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Just a few things. Their forms aren't very customizable, so it's tough to make them look good when embedding on your site. Some of their competitors also include a landing page builder, which would be a nice add-on of course.

We use it for email marketing and marketing automation. They help us create and send beautiful newsletters, and their automation features help us move leads through our marketing funnel easily.
