With Freshteam, recruiters can create job postings and share them on a range of channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, career site and employee referral portals to attract top talent. Once applications start rolling in, the hiring team can view the profiles and leave feedback so that the recruiter can reach out to the candidate. When recruiters do reach out to candidates, they can integrate their inbox with Freshteam so that their conversations are synced to the candidate profile and visible to the entire hiring team. Once the hiring team chooses a short list, recruiters can schedule interviews with candidates and collect structured, qualitative feedback online. Based on the feedback, they can use Freshteam to make offers and manage candidates to conversion. If a particular candidate profile is a not-right-now fit but might be of interest in the future, recruiters can archive the profile to their talent pool and rediscover them when similar job openings open up.
Freshteam also has an Android app that lets users view job postings and candidate profiles while on the move and stay up-to-date on events at all times.
