The best thing about Kangaroo Rewards is that is has an amazing Loyalty Program! You can develop your own rewards program for your customers. It's just a nice and simple product to use!
The layout if the website I was not very fond of. It can be a little difficult to navigate to find exactly what you are looking for. I just feel like it is missing a few features from other reward websites.
I use it for the Loyalty Program for my customers. Kangaroo Rewards just lets me get closer to my customers and to really appreciate them.
I use Kangaroo Rewards for my full-service restaurant. We are quite active in our marketing and regularly run radio ads, billboard announcements along with restaurant listings, email blasts, review management, and PPC campaigns. Adding a loyalty solution was the next step on our marketing to-do list. I checked out a bunch of loyalty solutions but chose Kangaroo due to the simplicity of the back end (very user-friendly) and feature set. A lot of the other systems seemed alright but were quite complex. I wanted my managers to be able to figure out the system with minimal training.
I took a 1hr onboarding session, where I set-up my program strategy and set the baseline earning & redemption rules. I wanted to introduce the program primarily for our pick-up & go customer segment and our lunch catering services. I used frequency for certain actions (like rewarding catering orders) and I automated email triggers when too much time had elapsed. The more time between orders, the higher frequency I set the emails and proposed different offers to increase order uptake etc... Long story short, I've seen a 300% increase in catering orders in 3 months in both revenues & frequency.
I am very pleased with my investment because I have gained more than just a loyalty software, I also have helpful insights into my customer behavior and I am able to use the same platform to organize and automate my email & SMS Text automations. THis program is literally a 1-stop shop for my digital marketing needs. I will be expanding this program to all my customer segments shortly.
