What do you like about UnificationEngine?

Its a great conversational AI platform for connecting with any system and IOT devices.
It supports over 100 languages and over 1000 connected devices.

What do you dislike about UnificationEngine?

Nothing much. Saves time. We need to have a technical background understanding before using UE APIs.

What do you like about UnificationEngine?

Versatility to be able to integrate with any connected systems and devices. The single API layer facilitates ease of integration while ensuring fast response timeline.

What do you dislike about UnificationEngine?

Nothing major. You might need some simple scripting work to establish the underlying API if you have not invested in the Content Management System where all settings are via GUI.

What have you been using it for and what problems did UnificationEngine solve?

Customer onboarding for Insurtech setup which allow insurance purchase and claims via WhatsApp. This resolves the need to invest on application while assisting in increasing user adoption.

What do you like about UnificationEngine?

It is simple to use and it is available on the common chatting platform such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger.

What do you dislike about UnificationEngine?

Some of the questions cannot be answer by the AI chatbot, but it is ok I still get the correct response after a while.

It’s easy to integrate with multiple channel APIs linked to one engine rather than subscribe to multiple providers

What do you dislike about UnificationEngine?

That it should be noticed by a lot more for it’s capabilities, a lot of companies are able to create product modifiers with this

What do you like about UnificationEngine?

Easy to use for building messaging powered chat applications and virtual assistants but scales well with end to end encryption in place for enterprise as well.

What do you dislike about UnificationEngine?

Documentation is a little bit cumbersome and should be improved further to make self service even easier.
