Salesflare Review

Editors' Review by the CRM Software Review Team

Salesflare is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software solution specifically designed for small to medium-sized enterprises as well as small startups looking for a reliable and easy-to-use platform that automates the data entry process. This is a solution geared towards marketing agencies and salespeople who want to make the most of their time and effort focusing on tracking leads and engaging prospects.

A number of CRM solutions in the market require users to manually enter data into the system—a time-consuming and painstaking process prone to errors and redundancies that often takes away the focus from what really matters. Salesflare eliminates this through automation so sales personnel can focus on marketing products or services.

Salesflare Features

Salesflare is a CRM solution ideal for startups and SMBs. It is essentially a zero-input sales pipeline system specifically tailored to address the needs of its target user. The cloud-based platform doesn’t require manual data entry. Instead, it retrieves crucial data from company servers, databases, social media, phone logs, company calendars, and email marketing solutions to automatically input into pre-set categories for easy access.

The software solution utilizes the information it gathers to maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles of individual customers and users. The platform also comes with reminders and notifications to keep sales personnel and representatives up-to-date with client activities and interactions. The solution also facilitates the process of capturing and maintaining real prospects.

With automated reports, detailed info on client habits, and visual aids, users will be able to customize the system interface to work with their needs and preferences. Leads and prospects are easily accessible by assigned and shared co-collaborators via the Salesflare cloud-based system.

The automated reminders keep project deadlines and agendas constantly on point and up-to-date. Moreover, instant real-time reports allow users to determine how, where, and when customers interact with your company through digital channels.

As Salesflare is an entirely cloud-based solution, users will be able to access it anytime and anywhere, using desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, or tablets. The platform also integrates seamlessly with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook so sales reps and agents will have access to their email and other data by simply going to the sidebar to manage leads. Salesflare also integrates well with other productivity tools and applications like MailChimp, Trello, Google Apps, and Slack.

Some of the key features available with Salesflare include data entry automation, lead management, sales intelligence, automated to-do lists, robust API integration, network mapping, visual sales pipeline interface, email and web-tracking, seamless integration with a plethora of third-party apps, predictive lead scoring, and so much more.

Salesflare Benefits

Businesses employing sales teams and representatives benefit the most out of Salesflare as it allows them to increase the productivity and efficiency of their salespeople. It does this by enabling users to quickly and easily perform more sales-related tasks and processes instead of losing track of time doing data entry.

The platform does it all automatically for you to minimize all repetitive processes. Salesflare also automatically pulls information from existing customer profiles to keep your sales personnel from entering the same data manually.

Salesflare CRM presents a smarter and more effective approach to integration and connecting with other widely used channels for sales and marketing compared to the other CRM systems out in the market. The solution effortlessly connects with the user’s existing emails, social media, calendars, phonebook, company databases, and the web. This makes it easier for you and your sales team to focus on marketing and growing your business.

When you’re out or online trying to sell your product or service, time is precious. The last thing you want is to waste your time doing mundane tasks and business processes that could easily be eliminated or minimized to focus on more important stuff like actually selling and connecting with prospects and leads.

The simplicity of the software solution is another huge benefit for small businesses and startups. While it comes with a variety of features and capabilities, advanced automated tools, and other very useful functions, the platform is actually quite simple to use and has a very short learning curve. Salesflare is quite efficient at organizing documents, the ones you collect from your customers as well as documents within the company.

Salesflare also allows your sales and marketing teams to work together seamlessly and effectively. It helps to streamline internal communications so everyone in your team will have access to pertinent information when it comes to both older and current accounts, projects, and other ongoing operations in the company.

The software solution integrates all customer information into one address book, a single database of all customer profiles and account information. This allows your salespeople to get all the information they need from one place. It helps save time and effort trying to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on one customer or looking up customer engagement history with the company.

Salesflare also allows you to bring all your conversations into one centralized hub. You can easily and conveniently get in touch with all your prospects across multiple channels, whether via email, chat, social media, or in person. By doing so, you effectively consolidate all your interactions with clients and customers all in a single platform, which is more efficient and practical.

Data migration is another aspect many businesses often have to deal with when opting for new CRM solutions. Salesflare is designed so businesses and organizations don’t have to worry about migrating tons of data manually. The platform comes with easy data migration tools to make the process as fast and simple as possible when moving data between CRM systems or other software solutions.

Contact management is another aspect Salesflare excels at. The platform provides an option that enables you to establish the type of customers your salespeople are dealing with—be it a potential investor, your target customer, advertiser, a business competitor, social media influencer, press representative, and so on. When you enter a new contact into the database, you will have an option to tag that particular contact and the system will then place it in the appropriate category.
