Sales Rep Scorecards solved basically all of our sales reporting / visibility problems. We don't have to put together reporting spreadsheets anymore, plus this gives our sales team visibility that Saleforce dashboards never would be able to. We were able to get all of our KPI's in here, including KPI's that are custom to our business. We've also taken advantage of their other integrations, like Google Sheets and Zendesk.
