Before deciding to go with a platform for running promotions, we did a ton of research and looked at all the usual suspects. We weren't familiar with SweepWidget, though decided to give it a chance. We couldn't be more happy with our decision. It's reasonably priced with a TON of features, and the customer service is well beyond what we expected. Give it a chance like we did, you won't regret it.
The only issue we have run into, which from our research appears to be an issue across all sweepstakes platforms, is that it requires users of Safari on Iphone to have cookies enabled.
I have used a lot of different software, but this one is by far the best, not only does it has the features of other platforms but it’s at a reasonable price! There were some features that were missing but when I contacted customer support they were able to add new ones in less than a day! I will be a customer for a long time!

In addition to that, I believe they are the only giveaway tool that offers so many language options, so if your site is in a language other than English, don't even bother searching for a better alternative - there isn't one!

I’m Laura the garden blogger behind Raise Your Garden. I switched to SweepWidget and what a game-changer! Not only does SweepWidget help me effectively organize all entrants, but it is super easy to use! In under 10 minutes I am able to complete another giveaway form. My favorite part of SweepWidget is the “Create Your Own Option” button that allows me to add any type of entry with ease. I also like the option to change the color on the boxes for each entry option not only creating a custom look but making each entry more vibrant to the eye.
There's nothing I really dislike about SweepWidget. The only suggestion I have is this: just a bit more customization perhaps for the entry boxes? I use various methods of entry for my readers to enter contests. Maybe add just a few more, brighter colors to attract the eye?

I used an email system that SweepWidget didn't have as an option on their site. I contacted the company and they added my email system to SweepWidget! And what a difference~ I have gained many new email subscribers since the addition. it's also much easier for entrants to add their email to my newsletter list.
