What do you like about Woopra?

What I like most about Woopra, and what has best adapted to me and my work in the company, is its great tracking functionality to conduct a study, analysis and record of clicks and interactions that our customers perform on our site web. In this way we supervise and manage everything on our website and we make sure it works perfectly. Its functionality is simple, the configuration has a fast and instantaneous practicality and it adapts completely to my work.

What do you dislike about Woopra?

In general, it is an excellent software, it has been adapted to my needs and just what I need to carry out an ideal monitoring of the interactions on my website. However, the cost is not adapted to small businesses and is usually a big expense according to the funds we have. However, it is quite necessary to perform many of the important functions with it.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Woopra solve?

Woopra understands exactly what we need to do, fully covers the monitoring of each step our clients make on the website and sends complete reports that visually reflects the entire journey. In this way it is much easier to study what can be right or wrong with the page to get the best solutions, observe what our customers like best about our product and focus on highlighting our attributes even more. The work team is much more satisfied thanks to the ease and relief of the workload that the software has given us, without a doubt they are big and beneficial.

What do you like about Woopra?

Woopra has a large selection of powerful tools. The app is extremely user-friendly and I can navigate their page with ease. It does a fantastic job showing the technology being used by our visitors. Quick integration into our systems was nice too.

What do you dislike about Woopra?

Lack of documentation should be improved. Also for some reports, I had to apply for support. I also would like to have a pop-up chat feature where I could talk to people who are browsing our site.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Woopra solve?

I can work with great desire and productivity. I also like that I and all my work with great comfort.

What do you like about Woopra?

This program contains a tremendous set of powerful tools. All just to find. I can work with great desire and productivity. I like, actually, that I and my entire working team work with great comfort. This is a great and simple method to find everything, in fact, what we need. I'm glad, actually, that it's easier to do all projects with large probabilities with the support of working tools.

What do you dislike about Woopra?

I would like to have a pop-up chat feature wherever I could talk to people who are browsing the website. But it's only my small wish. This program is a miracle!

What have you been using it for and what problems did Woopra solve?

We use Woopra for the best understanding of our buyers. We collect a whole picture of their behavior on our website in order to understand, in fact, what we need to do better or to remake. We also verify, in fact, that the customer is not a fake, in order to reduce to a minimum number of fake orders.
