"Convenient tool to enable tracking across apps - But expensive at scale"

What do you like about Segment?

Segment is an extremely convenient tool to allow us to track events and send those events across multiple tracking apps.

It does save a lot of development time and is extremely flexible in in terms of integrations, but as the number of events start rising, the cost rises significantly.

Good handly tool for Product Managers.

What do you dislike about Segment?

The pricing is extremely high at scale. We had to drop off due to the pricing factor.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Segment solve?

Allow us to integrate with multiple apps and saved us development time to do individual integrations.
