Users can track email open rates and click-through rates of their campaigns in the real time. FireDrum also allows users to track subscriber activities, and it integrates with social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Users can also insert social media sharing icons in their emails, which enables recipients to share campaigns.
