"Smooth Support Experience"


What do you like about ProProfs Chat?

The fact that the experience for my operators while offering support to customers is pretty much smooth and so is for our customers. I think that it’s fast, comes without glitches (at least so far), and are ready to offer support anytime we want. That flexibility helps us to rely on the product even further.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

While they offer us support whenever we want, we can’t do the same yet for our customers. I feel that they should get the chatbot feature in to help us offer 24x7 support to customers.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ProProfs Chat solve?

We’ve been using it for the support process, but lately our sales team also got onboard with the live chat tool. So now we are using it for both sales and support purposes. Plus, it’s great that we finally have a tool that allows both sales and support teams to work in a unison.

"Offers Perfect Mobile Support"


What do you like about ProProfs Chat?

The mobile app is perfect and ensures that my operators can provide anytime, anywhere support. The app is fast and helps my operators connect with visitors in no time. Plus, the use of mobile app has helped us improve the efficiency of our employees.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

I wish the app had different settings for the admin user. My reason for saying so is that I was just hoping that as an admin I can check reports on the go. For that I have to go to my browser and login to my account separately. So, it is a discomfort in short and would like the team to resolve this soon.

It helps to initiate conversations with the prospective clients by tracking their footprints.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

It has been only 3 months that I have been using it. So no issues as of now its working fine for me

What have you been using it for and what problems did ProProfs Chat solve?

I have been using free live chat software for a while now, but the main purpose to capture leads wasn’t served. Thankfully PP chat is helping me out with it. Great!

I think the app is not as great as the desktop version. A little bit of changes and it is good to go.

We are using ProProfs Chat for a few months now. I and my colleagues are confident that we have won a lot of new clients because they were able to quickly chat at our website.

What do you dislike about ProProfs Chat?

I did not like the interface earlier, but the new interface is super cool! My small startup feels like an enterprise business now!

What have you been using it for and what problems did ProProfs Chat solve?

I love the fact that we are able to resolve doubts on product availability onsite and ensure that visitors are able to find answer to their questions without wasting time to call us.
