What do you like about Pipedrive?

Very easy to set up.
IMHO pipedrive is only suitable for sales and if your company is engaged in sales it’s for you.
You can add and change any tasks literally on the go, customize them as you like. Plus, you can do almost anything directly from your phone.
My advice is to try it for 2 weeks in free trial and then think about it.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

In general, the basic features of this CRM as any other, but when you use it you start to notice unpleasant moments, such as some small bugs.. sometimes it won't save my changes.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

The statistics system allows us to have access to large informative summaries, with which we can better evaluate sales depending on the topic we want to focus on. In any case, live data is shown on how the seller's performance is, on general summaries of each agent in the company, and reports on the performance of each seller and each process.

With Pipedrive you can basically edit these stages in order to create more direct or indirect sales depending on the customer. One of the points about Pipedrive that we liked the most is that with it we can manage each client at a granular level, that is, we can focus on each of them completely separately.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Creating business with Pipedrive is fast, but the problem lies in its simplicity: we can only add one value to the business, that is, we cannot include several monetary changes at the same time once the business has been created. In general, the system does not show so many options for prioritizing sales.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

The control obtained with Pipedrive is surprisingly broad, especially since it helps to review the stages of each sales process within our management, and at the same time helps with the construction of large-scale sales funnels and many levels. What is called sales funnel is usually that sequence of levels that occurs during each sale, and that serve to better determine the impact of our sale and the results.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is easy to use due to the intuitive interface. It allows to make projections about the behavior of our sales. It offers an extraordinary and complete analysis. It allows you to import data from other CRMs. It is a customizable tool. Its price is competitive compared to other softwares dedicated to the sales area. With internet connection I can access my Pipedrive account from anywhere. Pipedrive really is very good.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Nothing negative I find in Pipedrive. It would reduce response times on the part of the technical support service and add more updates. Beyond that, Pipedrive has responded very well to each of our needs and demands as a company in the field of sales.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

Thanks to Pipedrive, sales have increased significantly in our company. From the precise moment in which we started using this tool, our sales have experienced an increase and that is undoubtedly due to the sales strategies we have designed based on Pipedrive's reports. It has been worth using this tool. The price was low compared to the great benefits it has given us.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

Using Pipedrive is very easy. In fact, I learned to do it in a relatively short period of time. The taskbars are positioned in such a way that they facilitate the work. Its interface has been designed with those users who have little experience with applications of this type in mind. Anyone without much experience learns to manipulate it in a matter of days. Registration is also simple. Some data is placed and voila. An email is required to subscribe to any of your plans. Another of the things I like most about Pipedrive is its analytics that allows me to analyze the summary of our sales in detail, in order to make the necessary adjustments. In fact, as a statistical tool to know the impact of our company's sales and how future behavior can be, it is valuable. Similarly, Pipedrive allows me to schedule actions such as meetings, meetings, conferences by sending me notifications via email. He is an excellent manager and assistant that allows us to always be up to date with the activities to be developed. Pipedrive really is very good.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

For me Pipedrive is very good. I don't have many negatives to comment on Pipedrive. It would only improve the technical support service that sometimes does not answer in time the doubts that may arise or sometimes the solutions they offer do not solve the problem that may be presenting.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

The increase in sales of our company and having reached a higher level of organization within the company are the greatest benefits that Pipedrive has not allowed to use. The results begin to be noticed shortly after we signed up for this CRM sales service. We have a lot to thank Pipedrive.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is one of the best CRM web-based software out there. It has the capability of tracking leads and it comes with a user-friendly interface that is also very intuitive. The dashboard includes all the things you need to keep track of clients and wholesale accounts easily. And, as a good CRM, email integration does a great job by including things like who is clicking the links you send through campaigns.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What I don't like of using Pipedrive is that is not capable of sending one email to multiple recipients and you have to do it one by one. Also, is not reliable when it comes to beginning relationships with post-sales clients, is hard to achieve because the software gets buggy and a separated application for managing clients through a system is needed. Pipedrive needs lots of improvements in its platform and some features need to be updated.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

Thanks to Pipedrive we are now able to see how our sales process is doing with our clients. Also, our team has brought us a solution to understand how our customers want to manage their leads in order to close deals even quicker than before. Pipedrive has given us a solution for managing our wholesale accounts and our clients' deals by giving them transparency of what we are doing to maintain good relations between us and our clients.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

I would say that my favorite aspect from this solutions is its workflow, since I've been using this software, Pipedrive shows me in a clear and easy way how functions and things are made. It has few buttons and the options are very straight, this software is just perfect to train new employees.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There are certain things that I don't like from Pipedrive CRM, login page is annoying when you put credentials and instead of giving you access, it suddenly redirects you back to the main page and you have to authorize accounts through master access software in order to login successfully and it's only made for people who want to move fast through things.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

Pipedrive CRM is one of the easiest softwares to get into business vendors and third party clients without having too much issues while implementing it. Also, allows users to organize deals that you looked before, tracks wins and losses, and records everything in a private cloud for a future use.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

With the pipedrive reports I can consult the activities of the sales businesses that were close to a sale or those that were successful with the conversion rates

The businesses I classify them in stages and it allows me to have a more ordered control of each client and the sale made

the prices of the plans are quite cheap and more if you pay the year you get a very good discount that saves money

To be able to handle PipeDrive I do not need much time to learn, since the platform is very easy to handle and it is not necessary to have a complex knowledge of how to use it.

I can schedule calls to clients to have a more stable control of sales

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The platform is good the only thing I see bad is customer support support that is a little delayed in responding to requests that are sent, although it is occasionally not all the times the rest of the platform provides a great service

Sales are more productive, they have improved and it has been more orderly to keep track of customers for the improvement of the company. You can make the daily sales statistics are made successfully to know the evolution of each sale

What do you like about Pipedrive?

It is the best CRM management software in the market, its assistance, the way in which contacts and their information is added, generating a good atmosphere between sales and how customer service is, importing data and different tools that are easy to manage and configure.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Some features should improve for this moment, but it is still a nice and excellent software. Highly recommended for us.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

It is software that has brought something new to our company, creates links with customers and manages contacts to maintain a closer relationship with them, also manages sales perfectly and shows us a report of those sales, since we use it we can say that the improvement that Pipedrive is evident. We started with the free trial and after a month we were determined to use it, it was a great choice.

What do you like about Pipedrive?

Integration with Google Apps is one of best thing to have. I can easily add my documents to my deals in Pipedrive. This feature allows me to track my google contracts and important documents every time I need it. Contacts management is again a great feature. This completes Pipedrive as a perfect CRM service. I can manage all my prospects data within Pipedrive CRM and retrieve data as needed.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would also like to be able to have different pipelines to different users. Also, customizing the stages to fit our needs was a little tricky in the beginning but we worked it out.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pipedrive solve?

Primarily it is used as a sales-focused CRM, but with its ability to customize pipelines and deal stages we have adapted it for sales, development, strategic development, and a few other areas.
