That it is supposed to help small business owners win new leads and customers, by chatting with website visitors to qualify them on your behalf.
To be honest so far i had one issue after another with them. All due to automation i asked to hold off with processing the payment to get thing started until i checked if my card got debited for the setup fee, because i got a confirmation that the payment was taken when i signed yp on 13 march 2019. And since i did not had the onboarding call wanted to first have that before i pay the monthly agreed fee for the service.
I got told by support that this will be ok, only to see a few days later that they processed my credit card anyway.
I have e-mailed support to get that money refunded, that was 1 Day ago, so far no response.
So far other than admin hassle and doing the chase around i have not benefited from their service, very disappointed. They taken my money but have yet to deliver on anything they promised and resolve the billing issue.
