What do you like about HaloPSA?

HaloPSA is a very comprehensive, well laid out and intuitive system at a very competitive price. Also, HaloPSA's support is very good indeed and they are constantly improving and adding to the system with new integrations all the time.

What do you dislike about HaloPSA?

As with any decent PSA system, it can be slightly complicated to get things setup the way you want on your own if you have not been trained or have not invested in installation profesional services. Saying that, we were able to get the vast majority of required functions up and running with minimal input and when we did need help, HaloPSA support were really quick to assist and advise.

What have you been using it for and what problems did HaloPSA solve?

Among other things, we use HaloPSA for our support ticket system, CRM, sales, admin, quotes, invoices, knowledgebase and time logging.
