What do you like about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum is fantastic, easy to use data collection and management system. I was very happy with every aspect of the service till they began threatening our service. After a year of consistent use, all of a sudden our usage was outside of their terms and services and they began sending threats to an outdated email service. In order to preserve our data and continuing working we had to quadruple the payments. This in itself is not a problem. The problem is rather than contacting us and explain the issue and building mutual trust; they went straight to threats. Imagine one say checking an email address you haven't used in nearly a year to find a letter threatening to shut down your business for something you have been doing without issue that whole year.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

A year into consistent use of Fulcrum they attempt to contact me, through an expired email, to threaten to cut of our service. Our usage of Fulcrum had not changed over that year; but once dependent on their system, they insisted we pay them nearly 5 times what we had previously been paying. As far as I'm concerned this is paramount to blackmail; and I would warn anyone to be ware of the services they offer. If you have are looking for data collection or management services, keep looking!
