I cannot find something which I dislike. If there was a technical issue or another problem, the customer services support reacts immediately and the process continues smoothly. I love their flexibility and creativity!

I do not dislike anyhting but it would be grate if the feedback for candidate somethimes do not go to spam :)

Clear visualization of recruitment stages. Assigning and tracking candidate statuses is very easy.
Analytics sometimes seem to present not the most accurate data.
Also it would be great to have view in archived processes depend if it was internal or external

E-mails sometimes go to spam when sending referrals mails. CRM should be little better.

The software is extremely user friendly, it has multiple purposes and an amazing customer support
The number of active job slots is limited so take that into consideration while decition for the best option for your company

Talentlyft is a specialized recruitment tool that helps in finding, attracting, and selecting job candidates. It is relatively easy to use and has customer service that is always available.
Talentlyft is a great tool, but there is always room for improvement (UX and graphic design options).
Talenlyft allows us to have a better overview of the candidate base and arrange job interviews. Its biggest advantage is that the resume database is in one place.

Easy to use and to share to Social Media, great customer support team, simplicity of the product. The best thing is that everything in one place and is very easy to collaborate with colleges.

I like how it works on a par with the human resources area, TalentLyft makes us manage work requests, in a more orderly and complete way you can do a search of candidates to fill the vacancy in our offices, I also like that has a blockade for duplicate candidates, since this avoids us great problems.
It is not easy to find something wrong in TalentLyft, it has a good customer support to be able to resort to them if a problem arises.
We have been able to create a publication for vacancies in a very easy way, we attract applicants who agree with what we need, keeping them with their information in a database, the solutions are endless and the work is more effective. We carry out the relevant contracts and we have the best personnel. Efficient way to attract applicants with vacancy publications, powerful human resources software.
