What do you like about ThinkOwl?

ThinkOwl has built-in AI capabilities that help automate almost every process at your support desk. Apart from this, case management in ThinkOwl is awesome. You see everything on a single screen. It offers you canned responses, knowledge base articles, and intelligent custom fields to make customer communication much faster and easy.

What do you dislike about ThinkOwl?

The documentation, chat, and support portal needs a little pick-me-up by the ThinkOwl team. Apart from this, the helpdesk is brilliant for every business.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ThinkOwl solve?

We have been using the helpdesk for internal and external ticket management. And it has put a huge impact on our service processes. Team productivity has increased and the turnaround time has decreased since we configured ThinkOwl.

UI & functionality for end users gives more ease of using this product. Great onboarding process & service provided Most likely, handling cases and tickets with no hustle.

What do you dislike about ThinkOwl?

Need to improve on more documentation & Customer portal section. Rest all is up to the mark.
