"Game changing messaging platform"


What do you like about Rake?

I cannot say enough good things about Rake.ai. Not only is the software itself fantastic but the personal touch provided by the team is unmatched. The platform is highly customizable for any organization that is looking to keep both business and employees productive. You have a variety of notification options, chat replies and team efficiency reminders. However, what truly seperates Rake.ai from their rivals in the space is the team behind the software. I have spent hours on the phone with Hector and Greg learning all of the software features and making special requests. The personalized touch makes this company and their product the best one on the market for any sized organization large or small. Overall, Rake has been an amazingly positive experience for us, and their support is far better to any other product support I have ever received.

What do you dislike about Rake?

n/a the product is very good at what it does and I have zero complaints. I recommend anyone on the fence trying it out.

"Awesome Product and Value "


What do you like about Rake?

Two things that make a company and product outstanding:
1. People - I have been impressed with the service and product knowledge and support from Greg and Hector
2. Product and Pricing: Rake is a Great Value for money. Initially, it looked too good to be true and I had to ask a few times to reconfirm with the sales team. But after pinching myself a few times, I have realized that such gems exist.

I now recommend it to each and every person (with a website).

Great Product. I think the only thing I did not like was that it had too many features and products to offer when all I wanted was a chat system.

"Revolutionizing Remote Working"


What do you like about Rake?

I have used so many other workspaces but Rake made it possible for me to run my company remotely providing us with all the tools we need to work remotely. I found them by chance and I am so glad I did. Sustaining and Growing my Companies would have been a herculean task. Rake made it easy.

What do you dislike about Rake?

I dislike nothing about Rake though I would love them to introduce chat search and a way to view attached pictures and documents in a separate directory.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Rake solve?

I have been using it primarily as my office workspace for several of my companies, working remotely with all my staff scattered all over the world. 7 companies now and counting.

"Great App"


What do you like about Rake?

I really like that it is simple to use and install and has a good UI. The customer service support is great.

What do you dislike about Rake?

I'm not completely sold on the slack like vibe. I don't use rake as a replacement for Slack. I use it mostly to communicate with customers on website.

What do you like about Rake?

It is great to work with a software vendor that does what they say they are going to do. This makes it much easier to maintain relationships with my customers.

What do you dislike about Rake?

I wish it was a household name when I introduce it to customers. It would help move the sales cycle along faster.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Rake solve?

It has given my digital marketing customers an affordable entry point to chat software with a path to upgrade based on their expanding needs.

"Rake gets better and better every month - our messaging go-to"


What do you like about Rake?

Rake solves several problems for us. We use it for live chat, we use it instead of Slack, we use it instead of Task Manager. It's free for us but they treat us like we pay them $1,000 a month. When we use chat or tasks or team talk, we never leave the Rake app, so it's faster and easier than using a few different vendors.

What do you dislike about Rake?

I do wish our other vendors use it but as long as our customers can use it, it's fine for us. I'd also like to see more integrations at least with a company like Zapier.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Rake solve?

First - Rake is our live chat solution. We are talking to customers everyday through a chat widget on our website, through an SMS number that Rake bought for us, through Facebook Messenger (very low volume through this channel) and with Postman
