What do you like about Salesmate?

Salesmate is ideal for small and medium businesses and has a friendly and easy-to-use interface. The customization and automation capability offered by this CRM is incredible, it can generate repetitive flows that make tasks easier. The email section is highly detailed and can be configured at ease. The extraction of data from social networks is very specific, which allows detailed templates to be created. Thanks to its automation, it saves time in loading contact data every time a new contact or company is added. It has a very versatile and practical mobile application, integration with different software that allows a quick and efficient import of data, voice calls, tag management. The customer service is excellent, the resolution of problems by the technical support team is really fast and successful. Salesmate has the ability to create sales channels for each specific industry and manage these channels in an efficient and clear way. The price of this tool is highly competitive since it offers almost the same amount of more robust and more expensive system functions, which gives it great profitability within any company or organization. Integration with google applications is more than acceptable. Forecasts are also included in this CRM. It is of great relevance that the size of the contact has no limit. In addition to emails, calls and text messages are automatically and completely tracked.

What do you dislike about Salesmate?

In some occasions the software has presented some delays during loading, but nothing that prevents its use to the fullest. It does not have an application for tablets, it is only available for mobile phones. One option to keep in mind is to add popular social media buttons so that there is greater interaction with them. Email tracking support is not yet fully developed, unlike other CRMs, only incoming emails can be tracked. At the time of the configuration of the email, a curtious amount of options is presented and if you want to select the least amount of these to have a cleaner interface, you have to uncheck one by one those that are not desired, it would be helpful to add a button to uncheck all boxes and manually mark the options you wish to add. Another point to consider is the scarce API documentation.

Salesmate has been a great help in reducing the execution time of activities, with its automation the data load of customers and companies is much faster. The management of e-mails has been very helpful in facilitating the classification and monitoring of these.
