What do you like about NOVACRM?

I praise NOVACRM's capabilities and all the essential tools together in one smooth platform. A standout feature is the advanced email marketing system. The Batch Text tool adds more value here, agents can send personal messages to many clients at once. The Deal Tracking system keeps everything organized.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

The first two weeks might feel overwhelming while learning where everything is. The mobile app could work better.

What do you like about NOVACRM?

NOVACRM is simple to use and offers a variety of marketing choices. It also supports email marketing and social media publishing, which helps to reduce unnecessary marketing costs. It allows you to send 15,000 emails each day.
It also offers a variety of email templates and social media flyers for Canadian Home updates and Preconstruction projects. It also allows for batch messaging and is integrated with Zapier.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

IDX integration is currently unavailable in NOVACRM, but will be available in February. Waiting to see how functional it will be.

What have you been using it for and what problems did NOVACRM solve?

Using NOVACRM allows me to keep track of and nurture my clients. It enables me to send batch emails and provides metrics for those campaigns. It reduces my marketing costs because I don't need to hire a designer. NOVACRM also provides additional lead creation services, which have helped me get a large number of clients. Support and training are also excellent.
