There’s absolutely nothing I dislike about NOVACRM. It’s a well-rounded platform that offers everything I need to manage leads, track performance, and stay organized. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it enjoyable to use daily. Every feature serves a clear purpose and adds value to the workflow. The support team is always ready to assist, which adds to the overall positive experience. NOVACRM has become an essential part of my sales process, and I truly appreciate its reliability.

I've been using NOVACRM for real estate sales and client relationship management. Sometimes the system feels a bit slow when switching between different tabs, especially when I’m in a hurry.

What do you like about NOVACRM?

What I like about NOVA CRM is how easy it is to use and how well it keeps everything organized. The dashboard is clean and straightforward, and the automation features save a lot of time, especially with follow-ups and lead tracking. It’s also great that the platform is customizable to fit our team's workflow, and their support team is quick and helpful whenever we need assistance.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

The main thing I’d point out is the mobile app—it’s functional but could be a lot smoother and more user-friendly. Sometimes it feels a bit laggy or limited compared to the desktop version. Also, the initial setup took some time to understand and customize fully, but once it’s up and running, it works well.

What do you like about NOVACRM?

Been using NovaCRM for a few months now and it’s definitely made a difference in how I manage leads and stay on top of follow-ups. The AI calling feature (AVON AI) felt like a gimmick at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly effective for quick outreach. Batch texting and email campaigns are super handy too

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

I’d say the UI could be a bit smoother in places, and a few features still feel like they’re evolving, but overall it works well and keeps improving with updates.

What do you like about NOVACRM?

Honestly, what I appreciate most about NovaCRM is how it simplified my lead management without feeling like yet another complicated tech tool. The way it automatically pulls in leads from my website and social media ads has saved me countless hours I used to waste on manual data entry. I've tried other CRMs where the follow-ups sounded robotic, but NovaCRM lets me customize the messaging so it actually sounds like me - my response rates improved noticeably after switching. The visual pipeline is clean and intuitive, which helps me stay on top of 50+ active leads without feeling overwhelmed. Little things matter too, like how it syncs seamlessly with my calendar and reminds me when it's time to check in with past clients. After using it daily for six months, it's become one of those tools I don't think I could work without now.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

While NovaCRM has been valuable overall, I've noticed a few areas that could be smoother. The mobile app experience isn't quite as reliable as the desktop version - I've occasionally missed time-sensitive notifications that didn't come through properly. There's also a noticeable learning curve when first setting up the system; it took me several weeks to get all my automated workflows configured the way I wanted. The pricing, while justified for the features, does feel steep when you're just starting out or during slower months. What do you like about NOVACRM?

Easy and Modern UI is one of the best features.
Using AI automated calls, there are no fake call problems. NovaCRM can even set appointments, send info mails and even do campaigns for me. I don't have to worry about anything now!!! So useful!! Best in class and affordable.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

Sometimes, some of my customers don't open the mail, and I forget to set up new campaigns for them.

I am a realtor in Brampton and Ontario. I have been using it for past 6 Months and my business is already booming.

What do you like about NOVACRM?

NOVACRM is simple to use and offers a variety of marketing choices. It also supports email marketing and social media publishing, which helps to reduce unnecessary marketing costs. It allows you to send 15,000 emails each day.
It also offers a variety of email templates and social media flyers for Canadian Home updates and Preconstruction projects. It also allows for batch messaging and is integrated with Zapier.

What do you dislike about NOVACRM?

IDX integration is currently unavailable in NOVACRM, but will be available in February. Waiting to see how functional it will be.

What have you been using it for and what problems did NOVACRM solve?

Using NOVACRM allows me to keep track of and nurture my clients. It enables me to send batch emails and provides metrics for those campaigns. It reduces my marketing costs because I don't need to hire a designer. NOVACRM also provides additional lead creation services, which have helped me get a large number of clients. Support and training are also excellent.
