FREE DOWNLOAD SEO-&-SEM-Software-Buyer-Guide-2018.pdfSuper easy to understand interface, very helpful support and the pricing structure is great (only pay for what you need). The constant monitoring of pages is excellent, especially when working with external dev teams, as we can quickly see any changes made and what impact they've had on our SEO metrics.
Sometimes the tool will pick out images to add ALT text to which are actually just small tracking pixels (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Bing Pixel etc). Minor annoyance, but means you can't get the "score" to max without doing it.
Also not sure on the "relevance" score, could do with some more explanation on what exactly it is and what influences it (I found a helpdesk article with a brief bit of information, but not really enough). For example, our ToS page is considered our second most relevant, it would be interesting to see why.
ContentKing allowed us to easily diagnose some major issues we were having with canonical tags which was preventing pages from indexing in Google. Thanks to using it we're now appearing in searches again and revenue is up significantly.
The ongoing monitoring helps us to keep on top of development work and check it has no negative impact on SEO in the future.
Thanks for your input Neil! We're working on improvements regarding our image detection (to filter out tracking pixels) and on better explaining our Relevance-metric. Furthermore you can already filter out the tracking pixels manually by "ignoring" issues on specific images. Let me know if you need any help with setting that up. If you have any other feedback: it's more than welcome! :)
