I was in a process of implementation. The process was easy and straight forward. There was no issue with Luigis team and they was really helpfull. After rollout, I didnt came to any issues from our team that work with this tool. As I know, there is an increase results with search what was the main think we wanted to increse.
Nothing so far. If there was some issue, the team was fast to support us. The reponse was in the matter of minutes/hours. Never more then a day.
Luigisbox replaced our search solution. It is tool for our company to deliver search results for customers, what they really want to find/search. As mentioned, it solved our issue with higher number or search results without a match.
