Swiftype is a very easy to use and very intuitive tool. A convenient interface makes it easy to access analytical data important from a business perspective. The ease of defining the weight of individual parameters will allow you to easily adapt Swiftype to various industries.
The search engine is easy to implement and easy to connect with product information database data. An easy-to-create synonym database will significantly simplify the management of searched content and results.
The only thing I don't like is the look of the administration panel itself - it looks quite unfashionable. But that's just aesthetics ;)
Swiftype replaced the previous, custom solution. It gave us much greater flexibility in shaping search results, getting rid of errors and analyzing the operation of the search engine. It saved us a lot of work time and reduced the amount of work for the technical department.
I can definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about improving their online store search engines.
