What I like about the tool is that it truly helps us achieve our business goals, while also providing valuable customer search data that other departments can use to adjust their outputs accordingly.
Although the analytics feature is highly beneficial, its main drawback is the limited data retention — only three months. Having access to historical search data over a longer period would greatly support long-term optimization and allow for more in-depth, year-over-year comparisons.
We primarily use it for search and autocomplete functionalities for our customers, and we’ve recently started implementing their recommender as well. It helps guide customers directly to the products they’re looking to purchase, which significantly reduces drop-offs during the shopping process.
What I particularly like is that the implementation was very easy and the support is very good. We were able to improve our search a lot and create a better customer experience for our customers.

Lugi´s box has brought significant changes to our e-commerce platform. Its smart recommendations has helped our customers quickly find their way around our e-shop to find what they are looking for. Even if you as a customer make a small error while searching for something ( I wont be giving eg. since its in Slovak language ) you are still able to find what you are looking for after making a "typpo".
There may be slight disadvantage which stems from the necessity of data you constantly need to update and take care of.
It has great search engine for your eshop, it helps find customer the product they are searching for or recommend similiar products. It's ease to use and implement. Great is also availability of API managing data and web management tool with some live analytics.

The analytics sections tends to be a little cumbersome, there is less insight into the inner workings of the search algorithm, which makes it more difficult (but still doable) to evaluate the impact this solution has on internal search.
We are only using it for optimizing search, we do not use its recommendation engine or catalog features. But that was exactly what it does best and it is doing a good job helping our customers to do product discover on our ecommerce site.

The search absolutely did not work for us. We have thousands of products and we needed to add relevant products to the carousells for all of them. Luigi's Box solved our search and recommended products - carousells. Our products is really diverse. Everything cannot be done automatically and manual intervention is required. This will be resolved by technical support within 4 hours.
I was in a process of implementation. The process was easy and straight forward. There was no issue with Luigis team and they was really helpfull. After rollout, I didnt came to any issues from our team that work with this tool. As I know, there is an increase results with search what was the main think we wanted to increse.
