What do you like about Spekit?

It has a very attractive interface in visual terms, which makes me feel comfortable when using this tool because I can clearly see the shape and arrangement of all the elements in the main window, so when browsing The middle of this interface is something quite simple to carry out, not to mention the fact that in terms of use it is quite user-friendly and intuitive, personally I love its ease of use and in fact it has been an excellent option for us to train new personnel who enter to the company so that they can learn the management of internal processes within the company, their customer service team is quite quick when it comes to answering any questions or concerns, which makes me feel accompanied at all times.
It has been helping me to improve the training processes of the new personnel who enter my company, in such a way that I can teach them from the basic management of the system, to the correct way of customer service according to our standards in a simple way , practical, comfortable and easy to teach for trainers and to understand for those who are being trained, allowing us to incorporate into our work team people with a high degree of proactivity, empathy and efficiency that help us improve the way in which the processes within the company.

What do you dislike about Spekit?

I do not have any kind of inconvenience regarding the use of this application, everything seems quite simple and practical regarding this application.
