What do you like about REVE Chat?

REVE Chat I like for several reasons and one of them is that it is a multi-channel platform so no matter where we are we can give great attention to our customers, being such interaction in real time whether it is done by voice chat or video through different messaging applications that are so popular today as Telegram and Viber that any user is able to go to them to ask for help with any problem or solve any doubt and the best thing about this platform is that it is highly customizable because allows you to customize the appearance of our chat.

What do you dislike about REVE Chat?

One of the disadvantages of this platform is that it does not provide a ticket delivery system, it also provides a fairly short trial period so it would be ideal that it could be extended in this way it is fully verified that it is a software that is It adapts to our needs.
