The interface design is very attractive, minimalist but very powerful in options when you need more features,.
For example, In the post editor, I love the option to embed content from other applications such as Vimeo or Genially.
And something fundamental when you start using a program: Technical support is excellent!!
It is a team genuinely concerned with offering solutions to the scenarios posed by its users.
When starting to work with them, we are Spanish users, we request several translation changes.
In less than a week everything looked perfectly :)
We also request more complex implementations with the aim of improving the user experience and solving specific work scenarios.
Little by little they have been implementing improvements in their program to solve all those scenarios.
I don't dislike anything.
I think the price / quality ratio of our rate, Lite 19 $ / month, is very very good, practically unsurpassed.
We use Announcekit basically to communicate news to our users, both within our web app and in the blog that is created automatically with all entries.
It is a process that we carry out in a very fast and efficient way with this tool.
Before, we used other programs that fell short of their options or, which had a much higher price.
The design is so sleek and minimalistic. I had the idea in mind to have a "news-feed" -esque section of our website, but was having a hard time finding a plugin that was designed well enough to fit in seemlessly with our site's design. Announcekit was going to cost us a bit more than other options out there, but we decided it was well worth it. We're really happy with how it looks and this product was definitely my top choice after looking around for similar ones. I've also contacted their customer service a couple of times, just with setting things up and they were really responsive (like chatting with me within a few minutes each time) and helpful. I'm a bit of a novice with backend work, but it is all really user-friendly and easy to setup. If you have questions like I did they're really quick to respond and get things figured out.
I wish I could take the AnnounceKit logo off the widget that is displayed on our website, but that is offered in their top tiered plan.
We use it as a news-feed on our website. On our home page we have a side bar widget that displays a handful of our newest posts. We also have a blog, but we love their widget feature for getting these news-type of posts out on our homepage.
Dive into AnnounceKit, they are the best! The product is one of the smartest I have use (and I tried a lot) and their support is incredibly responsive & cool! Jump onboard without any fear! 😉

Using AnnounceKit was just what we needed to simplify our release notes and other communications with our users. And it integrates right into our Intercom Messenger.
So far I have nothing to complain about in using AnnounceKit. I'm sure with more use somethings I don't love will come up.
