zigihub excels for SMBs with ease-of-use, fantastic support, and a great price point. I like the fact that it's very easy to navigate and generate reports. Team management has also become more convenient.
They should provide Helpful videos tutorials and material, FAQ options is required.
It is very easy to use product, good customer support and guidance lot of options are seen.
I hardly felt anything negative but it should come up with some more integrations and update their email customization page.
zigihub is easy to understand no complications as i came across various other software's , very simple and useful tool
The Email designing part should have more editable and more use of colors in the application
