The features, is really all you need for running a SAAS company, the problem is the support
They don't know what they are doing, they recommend you integrations, you start the trial, and then they say don't know who to implemented, 24 hours of waiting for every single line of support, and because you don't like the attitude and say it they send you home with a web page in production, very professional right? The worse i ever have with similar solutions, obviously is not running be professional employees, is manage for an owner with a big ego who see easier finish the business then help the customer.
I'm really disappointed to see Pablo publish this review and turn what was certainly an unproductive conversation into some sort of personal attack on my competence and ego. There were two issues raised during our interaction. First, Pablo needed an affiliate management system—something that we unfortunately don't offer at this point. I recommended two vendors to him that are both Stripe Verified Partners, that I've heard consistently great things about—Rewardful and LinkMink. I also recommended a competitive product (Chargebee) that I thought would be a better fit for him based on his needs. The minute I recommended alternative tools to him, his tone turned sarcastic and combative. I was genuinely trying to be helpful, knowing that Outseta wasn't going to be a good fit for him. Second, he called our support unresponsive. In the 24 hours that we interacted with him, I personally chatted with him twice and we responded to the one support ticket that he submitted. He did submit a chat outside of business hours, while we were sleeping, that we didn't immediately reply to. There's a 9 hour time difference between us, and I told him that we're generally available via chat during business hours and always try to (and do!) respond to customer service inquiries within 24 hours. We did that, but unfortunately it was not up to Pablo's expectations. We are a small team and take customer success very seriously—I also offered to jump on a video call with Pablo, but he didn't take me up on the offer.
