What do you like about DCDial?

Excellent customer service! People there are super nice and knowledgeable about what they do. Their Click campaigns are my go-to when it comes to compliance issues

What do you dislike about DCDial?

It might be confusing at the very beginning for those without a technical background. However, they have an excellent support team and A LOT OF help documentation.

What have you been using it for and what problems did DCDial solve?

We use it to contact our customers more efficiently and to communicate with them through voice and SMS campaigns.
