Their ability to channel pure evil and still sleep at night. While purely evil there is something admirable in their complete lack of conscience.
Their website advertises a $50/mo plan which I intended to try out for a month, instead I was charged almost SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. Within minutes of the initial purchase I emailed their support team to explain the mix-up and the told me there was NOTHING THEY WOULD DO. I explained I hadn't used the service and it was a simply misunderstanding given their website CLEARLY states $50/mo. They said that since they didn't force me to click the purchase button the money was theirs and I was screwed.
I have ZERO clue how someone has this job and manages to sleep at night, literally the only thing lacking was maniacal laughter. Don't buy the software, email me and I'll give you my login credentials for free because apparently I'm just stuck with it now and a $600 bill to somehow figure out how to pay...
